How far along are you? 39 weeks
How big is baby? was measuring about 8 lbs via Ultrasound two weeks ago..

Rant/Rave/Questions? I've been having weird shooting pain from my lower back that goes to my head.. is the baby hitting a nerve or something? Because OMG.

Appointments this week? Weekly check ups on Mondays
Symptoms? Lots of BH, peeing, and feeling heavy
Rant/Rave/Questions? I'm trying to "enjoy" these last few weeks, but mostly I'm just done.
GTKY: Do you have anything left to do before baby arrives, or are you totally ready? I need to get some socks and mittens, but other than that I'm ready for the bambino to arrive.

How far along are you? 37 weeks
How big is baby? Swiss chard?
Appointments this week? Had one today. Dimple dilated, 80% effaced, -2 station and she could feel his head. Measuring at 36.5 weeks and blood pressure is higher than usual but still under what they'd worry about.
Symptoms? Occasional back pain, heartburn to the point where I've gone through a bottle of tums in about a week, inability to get up without grunting.
Rant/Rave/Questions? I'm somewhat terrified of childbirth, but I'm ready to lose this extra weight I've put on and to be able to move around more freely. H just found out he'll be out on disability for another 3 months (6 total), so he'll be around for the birth and all of my maternity leave, which will be very helpful.
GTKY: Do you have anything left to do before baby arrives, or are you totally ready? I think we're ready, only thing I haven't done and would like to do is wash the co-sleeper. If we've forgotten anything it's stuff that can be done after he's here.
39+2 today!
Baby is big! Full grown and probably 7-9 lbs!
I have my final routine OB appt Monday morning at 39+4. After that its just waiting for labor or a 41 week induction.
i have a lot of pelvic pressure but that's really it. I'm tired and hungry.
My rant is that the dental issue I had at week 32/33 is flaring back up this weekend and I am in a lot of pain. I called the on call dentist and they basically want me to take another course of antibiotics and limp along until my oral surgery April 25. This is not how I wanted to end my pregnancy. And I am dreading oral surgery so shortly after giving birth but glad I didn't have to do it while pregnant, and my mom will be able to stay and help out which will be nice.
At at this point we are totally ready! DH packed his hospital bag this weekend and that was the last thing on our list! Now we are just waiting!!!
