Egg Retrieval Yesterday

So my egg retrieval was yesterday. 10 retrieved,  7 matured.   Will hear back this afternoon when the transfer will happen,  and how many we finally end up with.  

While waiting for my turn, the woman next to me was recovering from her retrieval.   I hear that she had 23 retrieved, and 17 were matured.  She was still very disappointed,  as she kept saying over and over that her last two retrievals yielded 43 and 37 eggs!  I've never had near that many.   I would've been ecstatic with 23 yielded and 17 matured.
