1) How far along are you?
11+6

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally?
A little nausea here and there, but overall pretty good. Emotionally good. All the appts and my doppler help.

3) When is your next appointment?
NT scan next week

4) Rants/Raves/Questions
We got to see our little punkin this week and do the Panorama test. I'm seriously refreshing the Natera website multiple times a day. It's a problem. 

5) GTKY: What does your morning routine look like? 
DH and I usually have pretty nice mornings, coffee and cereal and playing with the dogs. I'm trying to get every last oz of enjoyment from our easy mornings before LO arrives and changes everything Mornings will still be enjoyable, just in a different way!

@bluejeanbabi05 Eeeeek FX for great results!!  Are you finding out sex from the test as well?

I know there's debate on exactly when 2nd tri starts but congrats to anyone hitting 13w/2nd tri this next week!! 


1) How far along are you?  11+5

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally?  Physically more pukey/gaggy the last week, so sleepy; emotionally okay.

3) When is your next appointment?  13+4 for labs and to start weaning meds (although I've pretty much been weaning from Metformin because it's been so hard to take the last week)

4) Rants/Raves/Questions:  I've perused the symptoms thread and am so glad to read it's not just me feeling worse before feeling better.   

5) GTKY: What does your morning routine look like?  If I wake up at home in the morning it means I haven't worked the night before (hallelujah), and my off-day mornings are pretty unstructured.  They usually involve breakfast, some sort of hot drink, catching up on news and falling back asleep on the couch.

1) How far along are you? 11+ ...5? 

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Pretty good, we got our genetic test results this week and mercifully everything is normal so we are looking at announcing this week.

3) When is your next appointment? Not forever! 4/20 which will be 15 weeks.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions Just going to AS again that our genetic testing came back that we are having a girl. I'm so excited, ALL THE GIRLY THINGS!

5) GTKY: What does your morning routine look like? Well. I roll out of bed, think about all the gross food that I should eat but don't want to. Eventually I force something down and that's basically my morning routine these days haha.

@virginiaham Yes ma'am! My RE's plan was to keep me on metformin the entire pregnancy, but my OB isn't feeling that and is checking with a couple of her colleagues. I'm nervous to wean if that's what she decides to do. Have you noticed any side effects from the weaning? I have never had any with the metformin itself. (Besides the immediate loss of about 5 lbs.)

1) How far along are you? 11 weeks today!

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? I feel like this week has been a blur. I am so tired and lightheaded all the time. I feel nauseous, but I also feel like I'm not pregnant at the same time, so it makes me nervous. As I'm typing that I know it makes zero sense, I just think it is my anxiety creeping back in. Also, I haven't seen my OB since stopping my estrogen/progesterone, so there is that fear lingering in the back of my head.

3) When is your next appointment? Today at 4:30

4) Rants/Raves/Questions - I'm just ready to go to the doc today. It would have been this morning, but DH doesn't get back in town until 3:30, and he wants to be part of all things pregnancy related. It is so sweet.

Has anyone else lost weight? I am nauseous quite a bit, but have only thrown up a handful of times, yet I am losing weight. 

5) GTKY: What does your morning routine look like? If DH is in town, he makes us coffee and we drink it together and play with the dogs. If he is out of town, I hit the snooze for as long as possible.

@ChocolateIsLife GL at your appt today! I've lost a few pounds, which my doc wasn't too concerned about. For me it was the nausea just turning me off food, some throwing up but mostly I'd I would eat too much I felt awful.

Thanks Cythe! Today the doc said that I need to try and eat a bit more, so I'm going to try but I just don't know lol. We went to Olive Garden after our appointment and I could only eat about 1/5th of what was on my plate, before feeling so full that I could barf. Thankfully this should start getting better within the next few weeks!

Also, I am a bit concerned about my appointment today. The baby came back beautiful, with a strong heartbeat. She was doing a go-go dance type of move and it was really cute to watch. The doctor said that I have some abnormal bleeding next to the placenta area, and isn't sure what it is. I have to go back on Thursday to get a higher quality scan, but I'm just nervous now. I asked him if it could be an SCH, since I had one around 6 weeks, and he said it didn't have the same characteristics so he didn't think so. Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this? The baby is just perfect so I am hoping this is nothing big.

2) How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically I'm feeling better these days, mostly just tired now. Emotionally I feel nervous now that my symptoms are subsiding, looking forward to feeling the flutters. 

3) When is your next appointment?  NT scan Monday and appt with the high risk OB. 

4) Rants/Raves/Questions Nope

5) GTKY: What does your morning routine look like? Wake up late. Spray some dry shampoo in my hair and hit it a bit with the flat iron or curling iron depending on what it looks like. Find something tolerable to eat. If DD isn't up yet, wake her up, throw clothes in her backpack and drop her off at Grandma's in her pajamas. It's so chaotic and I hate it, but I can't seem to get my shit together enough to change it! I'm working on it though, we used to have such a good routine. Now I need all the sleep!

   Physically, I'm back in bed after some heavy house cleaning this morning. It wiped me out and I'm nauseas again

@Colada584 thank you! My goal until Thursday is to stay away from google! Every time I start googling, i completely psyche myself out. I hope the chaotic morning phase balances out for you soon! This first trimester really is rough. I feel like I could deal with the other symptoms if I just had more energy. What dry shampoo do you use? I always have bad luck and it just feels like buildup in my hair.

@callababy17 I make a habit now of copying my entire post/reply before posting, because that has happened to me so many times and it pisses me off. Especially when you are responding to multiple people. I hope your nausea eases up for you soon!!

@ChocolateIsLife I use batiste dry shampoo. It's the best I've found. I usually order it on amazon in a 3 pack, but I think target sells it too. 

ETA: Yes, definitely stay away from google!!
