So had my first ultrasound today at 6w5d. Saw a sac but no embryo.

Scheduled a follow up ultrasound for next Friday and the tech said to call if I have any bleeding. Now I have to somehow go on with my day like nothing is wrong. So heartbreaking.

They havent scheduled another ultrasound just yet, waiting to see what betas tell us first and then we'll see how things look i guess. Are you having symptoms or do you not really feel pregnant??

***UPDATE***

Thank you ladies for your kind words and prayers.
I went in today for my follow up ultrasound and guess what? There was a baby! Measuring 7w4d (3 days behind original EDD) and could see the little heart beating.

DH and I are over the moon!
