hi there! yeah, i'm out of the hospital, for today, ha ha.....

i have to go back on Friday to get my kidney tube changed out....i am DREADING it! last week they told me they wouldn't have to do it, but there was some miscommunication between the urologist and radiologist and now i have to get it done. boo. they "claim" its not as bad as the first time around, but i don't believe them.

went to maternal fetal medicine today for a check up and she says i can deliver at 36 weeks if i want, they gave me steroids for the babies lungs today and i am getting an amnio on Monday to check how the lungs are progressing. i think she and dr. davis both feel really sorry for me.....so as long as i can hold on, but i think it will be 3ish weeks at the most.....

it can't come fast enough...i am miserable! not only the kidney thing, but i just feel like i can't breath! oh, and babies were measuring 4lbs. 7oz. and 4lbs. 12oz.....so luckily they are doing good!?

Oh my.  You poor thing, I truly hope your L&D is a piece of cake and your body can find itself normal again.  You've been through so much, thank god those babies are almost here!  And it sounds like they are healthy little men in there!

I'm doing ok, ready for our little man to arrive.  I don't sleep well anymore, my hips are hurting, and I'm just uncomfortable in general.  My OB thinks I'm about 1cm dilated (yay-progress) but I don't have any clue if I'll be that way for weeks or what.  As long as he doesn't try to make an appearance before next Saturday, it's all good.  lol 

Hang in there chickie.  You're so close!  Is there anything you still need to do before their arrival?  Can I help you with anything?

Thank you so much! We have so much to do it seems, but I am looking for a cleaning person/service, my husband has been in charge of cleaning for way too long and it is just not cutting it anymore! Do you know of anyone? This place needs a deep clean before the babes come!

Other then that we are mostly prepared, I guess as prepared as you can be. I feel like I haven't focused one bit on how to be a "mom"...cause I have been so focused on all these health issues. I won't have a clue what I am doing when they arrive!

I did get some AWESOME news today! I don't have to get my tube changed out tomorrow. I called the urologist today to touch base and after telling him about my appointments with the OB and MFM he said he didn't want to send me into early labor and that maybe we shouldn't mess with it! He thinks I may have to get this thing called Lithotripsy done to get the tube out (the tube can form crystals on it like kidney stones and then you can't get it out)....but anyways, the litho isn't that big of a deal, you just have to be under full anesthesia for about 45 minutes. I would much rather do that when there isn't a risk to the babies though. ?

I'm sorry you are feeling uncomfortable, your almost there!!! We can do it!! Yay for progress, at least things are getting started down there! Not too soon though, little man! Looks like we might have babies born close together Did Payton's kitchen come yet???
