Anyone using shakeology while pregnant? My first dr appointment isn't until next week, and I miss my daily shake soooo much!!

Avoid all supplements while pregnant. Dietary supplements are largely unregulated and do not require FDA approval.

I know someone who still had her shakeology while she was pregnant, but definitely talk to your doctor about it first. That's always the best thing when you aren't sure

I don't believe shakeology is FDA approved and notes that you should check with doc if pregnant.

When I was pregnant with DD my doctor said no to the shakeology, but I know other moms who used it just fine. I'd ask your OB.
