Anyone a transplant donor?

 I'm having a hard time finding anyone who is in a similar situation.  I donated a kidney to my dad 7 months ago, in July and was wondering if any other moms here have donated before pregnancy.... thanks

    That's really amazing what you did. How does donating your kidney affect your pregnancy, if at all?

    @buttercream_frosting.  They said to wait about a yr before TTC  because my body is going from two operational kidneys to one and the surgery was major... I'm still not fully healed.  We didn't plan to get pregnant so it's even more strain on my kidney and the incisions I have..... and this is my second... so I'm already feeling larger faster and my middle is numb and uncomfortable.

    It's hard to find donors,  never mind donors who are pregnant.  Lol

    Oh I see! Has your OB given you a plan to be as safe and healthy as possible? Like do you have to follow a strict diet?
