Trigger shot after Clomid dose success stories please:)

hello there, 
i just took my first dose of Clomid and took days 3-7 and then docter gave me an ultrasound and I found two mature follicles . Yay! So they gave me a trigger shot around 12 noon today. 
Just wandering if it throws off the ovulation pee test after taking it . I came home around 630pm and I temped at 99.4 so it says I'm ovulating:) 
a little confused but just plan to have sex for the next three days lol.

Your OPK should be fine. My trigger threw my ability to take HPTs. Good luck!
