Hello everyone. 7 weeks pregnant here. I have worn a FitBit for years and always loved monitoring my resting HR. Between weeks 4 and 5 my HR went up 15bmp but now it's back down to its usual before I was pregnant. I thought our HR was supposed to stay elevated during pregnancy? I am seeing my doctor tomorrow but was wondering if anyone else has noticed any drastic changes with their HRs in the first trimester?
