I just posted this on the deals thread but wanted to share on here as well since it seems like a few mamas are fans of honest diapers. If you haven't bought off the honest website, they're doing a bogo deal on bundles for new customers (with free shipping on $50+ orders). More details about it here (good through March 13): https://hip2save.com/2017/03/06/the-honest-company-buy-1-get-1-free-bundle-offer-new-customers-only/
I used honest for a bit but didnt like them. We cloth diapered until we entered a colicky phase and i couldnt think straight... Dd was a heavy heavy pee-er and most didnt do well on her. Pampers were our FAVORITE by far. I know they are almost double luvs, but for dd they work so well that it is worth it!
I was highly unimpressed with huggies, but that could be baby specific.
And yes 12 is about an accurate number if changes to begin with.
#1- What is your favorite brand? Pampers or Huggies
#2- Any brand to stay away from? Luvs. I HATED Luvs when my son was little because they felt like plastic. They were not soft and felt cheap.
#3- Where can they be found the cheapest? Price per Diaper? I've had a lot of moms suggest Amazon and I'm planning on checking out Sam's Club. Pretty much any time I've walked down the baby aisle at Target they have a promotion for a $5-$20 gift card with minimum purchase. #4- Any other suggestions? I've had a few moms recommend Amazon's diapers and wipes as really good quality. If you have an Echo and Prime. You can voice order and have them in 2 days. Can't wait to try this!
Someone on a different mom group just shared that if you order via subscription with a prime account, you get 20% off and it's only 9 cent per diaper!
Yes, and if you don't have a prime account, sign up for a free trial. You can set up the prime membership to cancel automatically after the 30 days is over. I usually set a calendar reminder to cancel the diaper subscription after my diapers have arrived.
#1- What is your favorite brand: I really did like the Honest Company diapers but they were way too expensive for long-term use. Pampers Swaddlers were the ones that I liked the best (compared to Huggies and Luvs). #2- Any brand to stay away from?: Huggies really didn't work for us - lots of leaks. #3- Where can they be found the cheapest? Price per Diaper?: I usually ended up getting them off Amazon. #4- Any other suggestions?: When I had DD I was really suprised that all brands were not "basically" the same. It was trial and error until we found that Pampers worked best.
