Re: Sunday Ticker Change 03/05
2. Right now, OK! Most of the time, like shit.
3. First official prenatal visit is this Tuesday with my family doctor.
rant: none
rave: A friend came over yesterday for brunch. DH made excellent scrambled tofu and it was nice to sit and talk like a regular human being for a few hours, even if it did mean I was too tired to keep my eyes open after for the rest of the day!
question: Anything not obvious I should be asking my doctor on Tuesday? I saw a midwife last pregnancy and wasn't in a good head space to be at all prepared for that appointment and she wasn't easy to talk to. I already have a great rapport with my doctor, which is why I went with her for prenatal care.
5. I listen to Radiolab regularly and very occasionally catch This American Life. I haven't connected with any others I've tried.

2. I still feel like crap all the time. This past week it has not been as intense. I can see a light at the end of the first trimester.
3.No appointments or tests this week. Next apt. Is on the 20th.
4.Rant- I wish I had a house keeper! I do NOT have the energy.
Rave- My family has been extremely sweet and supportive.
5.Just the radio in the car KLove.
2) How are you feeling? Pretty good. I'm super tired today, but DS decided to get up at 4:45 this morning so that's not helping.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nope. My next appointment isn't until April 10.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Nothing this week!
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? Nope.
2) How are you feeling? Now that I've been making more of an effort to eat more often, better! Some mild nausea, cramping has almost disappeared. Still tired but not exhausted.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? First appointment on Wednesday!
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Nope!
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? Occassionally I'll listen to YNAB's podcast or Dave Ramsey. I have a few others I would like to listen to but its just not part of my daily habits so I forget!
I heart YNAB

2) How are you feeling? Pretty crap this week, very nauseous even water makes me feel sick.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? My first appointment is tomorrow to see my doctor so I can be referred to my midwife.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant - Just incredibly tired and it's hard finding somewhere to rent atm. Rave - DD is walking lots now and sleeping through the night.
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? no
I feel so so so tired. Can't even describe it. I'm totally useless in the evenings and feel like a zombie.
No appointments this week
when will the exhaustion go away!? Ugh
whats a podcast? Haha seriously.
BFP#1: 9/9/2014 DS born 4/7/15
BFP#2: 6/16/2016 MC/D&C: 7/29/2016
BFP#3: 10/14/2016 (fingers crossed for a sticky bean)
2) How are you feeling? Better than I thought I would. I am very thankful to not have much nausea at all. I am a teacher and was VERY concerned about being able to do my job while wanting to throw up. I am so so tired though. I can hardly get home fast enough after work to collapse on the couch. My DH usually wakes me up when he comes through the door 2 hours later. I am also incredibly hungry all the time. .
3) Any appointments or tests this week? None this week. (Hopefully). I've had two episodes of bleeding followed by a trip to the doctor and an ultrasound, the most recent a week ago. All looks great, so I'm hoping to NOT see my doctor until my next appointment on 3/20!
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm trying to wait a couple more weeks to tell my students, but I am having such a hard time hiding my little bump! I think some of them are catching on. They are seniors in High school, so they're not oblivious.
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? I really don't listen to Podcasts.
2) How are you feeling? The only word that comes to mind is gross. I only feel extreme nausea when I first wake up which is nice (and much better than my first pregnancy), but I generally feel gross all day. I feel gross when I get hungry and I feel gross after I eat. I'm also so so so tired.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nope - first appointment is 3/13.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: Taking care of an extremely busy 14 month old while pregnant (at least so far) is so hard!
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? Not really.
2) How are you feeling? I've had some nasty nausea for the past two weeks, but I just keep telling myself I'm getting closer to 2nd tri, just keep chugging along
3) Any appointments or tests this week? No
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? combo rant/rave: I've been taking Reglan for my nausea, which makes me feel normal again, except it makes my uterus contract all damn day. So it's a major toss up and it's frustrating
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? I don't listen to them on my own, but when DH and I are on roadtrips, he turns on Gary V. I'm not one to listen to people talk, I hate talk radio and would never listen to an audio book either
2) How are you feeling? Awful. Last week I spent the majority of the week actively trying not to vomit everywhere. I've only thrown up once, but feel like I am constantly on the verge of it. The MS got a bit better towards the end of the week, and then returned again yesterday. I'm also totally fatigued. 2nd trimester can't come soon enough.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? YES! First OB appointment is this Friday. It's only with the nurse, but I'm super excited. I scheduled it a full month ago!
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? I don't know how today's college students were able to get into college. I've been reading through my students' papers (college juniors and seniors) and am flabbergasted by the poor grammar, spelling, and basic paper organization. How did you make it this far into college and not learn how to write a paper???
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? Nope, not my thing.
2) How are you feeling? Not bad but have had some headaches and bloat.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nope none. I have to wait another couple of weeks.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Welp I can't button most of my work pants. They fit last week. This week not so much. My fear has come true! Luckily I ordered maternity pants over the weekend and really hope they get here soon and really really hope they fit and look okay.
5) GTKY: Do you listen to podcasts? Any favourites? I don't but should give them a try.
2. Feeling a bit sicker than I have been and of course no energy.
3. Not this week but next week is our first appointment and I can't wait!
4. Starting to not want my morning coffee. I can't seem to choke it down at times and it makes me sad. Coffee is life.
5. I don't but my husband does. Perhaps that's why he's smarter than me!
