I've been living off skyline chili (it's a Cincinnati thing) but I get it frozen at the grocery store since I'm in Florida. I mean eating it 4+ times a week for the last 2 weeks. It's gross but I can't stop.
Getting sushi tonight for a friend's bday dinner. I will be eating cucumber and avocado rolls but dreaming about spicy salmon rolls </3 Also drinking ALL the water. My face was crazy dry this morning.
I got a cajun burger with a big old pile of blue cheese on it for lunch. I tried googling if I could eat blue cheese, couldn't find a definitive answer, so I went for it. It was everything I dreamed it would be and more.
@av2323 I'm no doctor and this is not meant to alarm you but I personally have read to avoid soft cheeses due to pasteurization issues. That being said, I know moms who have had soft cheeses while pregnant and been totally fine. I've also read the US is better about pasteurization than other places. In conclusion: I don't know things but am avoiding all soft cheeses, ha
@DuchessOfCambridge and @av2323 most soft cheeses made in the US (and most of them from restaurants are) have been pasteurized. Also, I totally ate sushi during my last pregnancy. I just made sure it was from a high quality restaurant
@av2323 what's a Zinger? I'm having a salad and brownie that I found in our office's kitchen leftover from a meeting! And mozzarella sticks I brought from home. Health, guys.
@DuchessOfCambridge It is a snack cake that is two pieces of chocolate cake with chocolate cream sandwiched in the middle and then covered in chocolate icing.
I just had a few samoas, courtesy of my husband who got me 2 boxes of those and 1 of the new s'mores cookies. Also tonight he's buying me a porterhouse and asparagus for dinner. Red meat has not been my friend the last few times, but I really really really want a steak so wish me luck. I'm GOING FOR IT.

The only things that sound constantly appetizing to me lately are: Caesar salads, chocolate, tomato soup, chocolate, mozzarella sticks, chocolate, candy, and chocolate. The thought of meat makes my stomach turn. Blech!

@BayCamp if you find yourself in the Fort Myers area, there was a Skyline Chili there. Still not healthy but yummier than the frozen stuff. I don't live in the area anymore (now in Tampa) so I can't promise it is still there but thought you might like to know

Eta: just went back and read what was postes earlier about deli meats. Still curious for opinions on the brand.
