Morning all! Hoping to be back later today, but for now this is a P&G
Month/Cycle: 5/3 (*bangs head against wall)
CD: 44
WAYDTGKU:
R/R: We had 2 seconds of a crazy storm yesterday. Winds blowing trees sideways, sheets of rain, the whole shebang. Then it was gone and the sky was sunny. THEN our power went out. It was off and on (mostly off) from 2-7. Luckily, I had all those votives from our wedding, so we had some nice mood lighting. Otherwise? Not a fan.
CS/Q: I was praying for AF yesterday, and you know what I got instead? Gobs and gobs of EWCM. Sigh. I know that once you hit CD60 you're supposed to have your OBGYN give you something to "kickstart" your cycle. Can anyone tell me what that drug is supposed to be? Because I'm 99% sure she's just going to reach for the Clomid and I don't know if that's right.
GTKY: Prom night, my BFF and our boyfriends all stayed in my parents basement. We had a friend hide bottles of liquor under my car while my parents were out of the house. I snuck out the basement and grabbed them that night. Then, I got drunk/had alcohol for the first time and lost my virginity. #truestory #totalcliche #malibu #pinaclewhipped #dontjudge
R/R: My body sucks. I was really hopeful for a normal timing of O but nope, temp spike from yesterday was just an outlier and my temp is back down. I guess I'm on schedule for my regular CD26/27 O. I'm over it.
CS/Q: nope
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done?
I really can't think of anything. I did tell my mom something about ten years after the fact. I used to "borrow" her other car (manual transmission) to drive myself to high school. It was pretty funny because I didn't have a license and didn't know how to really drive a manual transmission. Thankfully it was only a few miles to school
@cdnrunning Being 5/3 is the worst. It's like my body hasn't even given me a chance to try! Sorry your O is being so evasive. FX it shows up soon and you don't end up in purgatory like me.
WAYDTGKU: apparently not the one thing that matters this cycle.
R/R: Well, this is looking like a lost cycle. H has been out of town since Mon and I clearly haven't Od yet. I haven't even bothered with opks since having a head's up would do me absolutely no good. This might be the one and only time that I hope my body holds off for one of its 46 day cycles. H is back Sunday, so if I could not O until CD32 again, that'd be great. That is probably the only time I have ever said that.
This month also marks 2 years since we stopped preventing, so that's fun...
I'm thrilled that it's Thurs and I only have to spend half of the day in the office tomorrow. I had two phone interviews earlier this week, and I'm rrreeeaallllyyy hoping something pans out with one of them.
CS/Q: nope.
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Probably more than one thing. The first one that I can think of is that I went into the ditch in high school, which obviously my mom knows. The part that she doesn't know is that the car actually rolled before going into the ditch. I never told her because I didn't want to freak her out. The car was virtually undamaged (heavy snowfall) so there was no outward sign that I had rolled it.
R/R: I'm like a grumpy old man today. My nerves are shot for bloodwork tomorrow. I slept in today. I did wake up at 5:30 to temp and forgot my temp and then double tapped my thermometer and lost the temp.
CS/Q:
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? They really don't need to hear what I've done.
Me 27 DF 44 TTC post VR Sept 21/16 SA 6 weeks post op 50.7 mil count 40% motility
@LoveInDC Sorry your body is being such a TW and refusing to O! Although maybe this bout of EWCM is really it!
@cdnrunning I still barely know how to drive a manual; although I just learned last year.
@zwink1 Fx O decides to hold off for several more days at least! Also sorry for the 3 year mark. Hugs friend!
Month/Cycle: 9/13 (5 an-O)
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPK, CM, CP, green tea, limiting caffeine, vit D3, myo-inositol, EPO, vit B complex, vit E, pom juice, PNV, magnesium, pineapple core after O, threw some preseed in on one day
R/R: I'm like 99% sure O was yesterday so now I just have to wait for CHs on Saturday. I was able to get the timing that I wanted and am happy with how everything turned out and now it just turns into a waiting game. Mostly I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for a lucky double bday baby. Also, since I'm pretty sure I O'd, I got a Pepsi from the vending machine because I don't have to worry about increasing my CM. And it tastes amazing!
CS/Q: nada! Although anyone is free to look if they want since the link is in my siggy and all
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? I hate that feeling when a GTKY gets repeated, it just reiterates that I've been here too long. To answer the question, I don't think I ever told them about the cross country trip I took with an ex to Vegas (we drove my car) because they hated him....like to the point that he wasn't allowed on their property. And it was with good reason too, he was a douche canoe. Before we broke up he kept telling me that I needed to lose weight (which I gained after moving him with him).

@loveindc The drug that's mentioned on here to kickstart your period is Provera. I really really hope your body just gets it's shit together and you don't need it, but yeah I don't think Clomid would work here!
WAYDTGKU: Tracking CM, PNV, HIO (hoping to O soon cuz I could use a break! Only first cycle - that's sad LOL it doesn't help that I just had a pap smear and have been feeling a little weird from that)
R/R: Rave: I’ve been sleeping well the last few nights compared to last weekend in
which I couldn’t fall asleep AND would wake up multiple times during the night.
It’s nice to wake up and feel at least a little rested
Rant: DH said he’d try to at least
take a half day off today… he didn’t even ask for it. Also had a bit of pain in my uterine area
during BD last night. Reminds me of pain I would have when I had an ovarian
cyst. Hoping it’s from impending O instead of pap smear.
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you
have done? Been intimate with anyone other than
my DH, especially a long time friend who my mom is best friends with his mom.
@LoveInDC – *TW loss mentioned* I don’t know much
about medication to help you regulate cycles but my cousin had to have a
D&C in November and her AF wasn’t coming back after a few months so her gyno
gave her a pill to help get her AF back – I can’t think of the name but I know
it wasn’t Clomid. She would have to see a specialist for that. She had to take
two rounds of it but she just recently got her first AF AL. /TW Not sure if that
helps but hopefully it’s not Clomid that your dr would give you!
@FLAshley could your dr maybe call in some anxiety meds for blood work? Xanax is amazing
@lulu1180 hoping you get those CH for good timing!
Month/Cycle: 11/11, 1AL
CD: 16
WAYDTGKU: All of it.
R/R: Another positive OPK this morning. I'll either O today or tomorrow.....I hope. In the past year I haven't O'd later than CD17. Did I just jinx myself?
CS/Q: nada
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? In high school I use to tell my parents all the time that I would be going to a friends house and then we would end up going out and getting drunk.... I also let my college BF (I was still in HS) stay the night when my parents were away. Looking back I really don't understand how the hell I got away with that stuff.
WAYDTGKU: All the things + Metformin and Vitamin D
R/R: This is a long one - be prepared.
I had my first visit at the clinic yesterday and it didn't really go well in my opinion. He asked how old we were, or smoking and drinking habits, how long we had been trying and then ordered a battery of tests.
Except I've already done the CD3 ones about a month and a half ago and I had the ultrasound not that long ago as well. He said we wouldn't have to repeat the ultrasound but he wants new CD3, CD21, an HSG (which I'm super scared for), a diabetes test (yes, I'm fat. No I don't have diabetes. I get tested regular) and a semen analysis for H.
I'm just frustrated because there's nothing I can do immediately. I'm on CD6 so I missed the window for the CD3 tests and have to wait for the CD21tests, you're not allowed to call for the HSG until CD1 and even then it could take up to 3 months to get in. THEN he's sending us to a high risk delivery doctor even though I have nothing to deliver but he wants to "get out ahead of it" and we're not supposed to call the clinic back for an appointment until after we've seen the delivery doctor. It took a wicked long time to get the appointment at the clinic and now I feel like we're just at a stand still again for no reason.
CS/Q:
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Not really. I never really did anything that bad. I got a secret tattoo but Ma saw that at a grocery store which was pretty funny.
Thanks @hartmich and @justkeepswimming8 for the med advice! I mentioned before, but my new OBGYN is all about handing out Clomid as soon as you hit CD15 without O. While I would hope she'd know I'd need something else at this point, I'm not entirely sure I can trust her. I just don't want to actually hit CD60 and take something I'm not supposed to just because she hands it to me. Time to fall down the Dr. Google rabbit hole!
R/R: Rave: I slept better last night than I have in a long time. Rant: Apparently there was a windstorm last night, and the main way I go to work was closed this morning due to a downed tree. I ended up 20 minutes late trying to backtrack... =(
CS/Q:
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? There isn't much I can hide from my parents as I usually tell them everything anyways, so this one is tough. If I think of anything I'll edit my post.

WAYDTGKU: PNV, vitamin D, fish oil, CoQ10, baby aspirin, pineapple core days 1-5 after O, pom juice, BBT, OPKs, Preseed, GDTPT
R/R: We're going to a fun music-themed beer tasting at the history museum tonight! Finally got a + OPK yesterday.
CS/Q: Anyone know why a person might just randomly ovulate days later than usual?
GTKY: My parents are... a little reserved and conservative. They probably would like to pretend I've never even had marital, missionary TTC sex. They do not need to hear about a lot of things!
eta: @LoveinDC I can't quite think of the name of it at the moment. Starts with P... Provera? Perhaps?
R/R: It's been a roller coaster of TTC emotions the last 48hrs. After geeking myself up about TTC this cycle I did a little more research into my company's Maternity policy and I discovered that if I take the regular "maternity" leave vs FML then my job won't cover my medical benefits during my leave! My medical coverage is extremely expensive so... there goes that! Also- AF is really being a biotch right now. Ugh.
CS/Q: Notta.
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Uhhh I would probably be pretty honest with my parents about my past if they asked but I don't think that they really want to know lol
@LoveInDC I don't think they give you Clomid just to start AF. My friend hasn't had her period in months and her doctor was going to give her something to kick start it too but she isn't even TTC. Clomid seems intense for that?
@cdnrunning Sorry about your fake out temp spike. What a B.
WAYDTGKU: BBT & PNV, will start OPKs and HIO next week
R/R: Rave - It's Thursday, so the week is almost done. I also have a candidate coming in for an interview today and we're taking him out to lunch. Free lunch always makes my day better! Rant - I have strep throat again. This is the second time in 2 months. FX my son doesn't get it again too!
CS/Q: I've only temped for 2 months, but my cover lines have been at 96.9 and 97.0. I read somewhere that too low temps can indicate a problem. Anyone else have this happen?
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Umm I think at this point they know everything. I hid that I was arrested for about 10 years though.
@LoveInDC and @cdnrunning - ugh long cycles are the worst! @zwink1 - FX O holds off until your H is back! and sorry for the 2 year mark @lulu1180 - FX for lucky bday baby! @dilynne - I'm sorry your appointment didn't go well. Hopefully you can get some answers soon. Feeling like you're at a stand still is the worst.
@LoveInDC hoping this ewcm is your body getting ready for O!!!
@lulu1180 yay for good timing!! Fx so hard for you!!!
@flashley good luck tomorrow!! Wishing you a smooth appointment and calmed nerves!
@zwink1 hopefully you O late this cycle so you can get good timing
@cdnrunning sorry your body is being so confusing, hugs.
Month/Cycle: 14/14 3AL
CD: 15
WAYDTGKU: sex EOD OPKs cm preseed
R/R: I'm pretty sure O was 2 days ago but I'm gonna wait to be sure! I'm so over this week. I realized all my rants are about work and that's sad that I use all my energy and frustration on it
CS/Q: question- *TW* i posted this is another thread early last week but I'm wondering if anyone has any information on this. See spoiler box
For some strange reason every time I've ever taken a first response pregnancy test is has always been positive (line or digital). And I mean a clear pink line no evap, it's not blaringly dark but pink. Anyways ive taken other brands and they were all negative only the first response. So I put my theory to work yesterday and randomly peed on a first response even though I know I'm not KU and I just got a positive OPK a few days ago. It was positive. Like wth? Is it possible to have a low level of hcg in your body even if your not pregnant? I know I'm not, I got my period just had a positive OPK and now I'm heading into the TWW but I've never gotten a negative first response. I haven't been able to find anything online about this. All other tests like 5 different brands were all negative and this happened last cycle too. I was gonna ask the RE about it but I didn't know if any one else had input
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? nope I've always been really honest even if it was bad or embarrassing I can't hide things from people without getting tremendous guilt
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Oh I'll tell my dad anything, my mom however absolutely nothing.
@loveinDC sorry your still hanging out here. hugs girl @zwink1 fx O holds off. sorry for the 2years of no goalie anniversary. Hugs! @flashley hugs GL tomorrow. @lulu1180 glad your body stuck to the plan! Glad you enjoyed your celebratory Pepsi! @Dilynne sorry girl. Though having the testing (or retesting) take a cycle or two or three is VERY common, it totally sucks because once you get to the RE you want to jump in whole hog. When I first went to the RE I was surprised at how long all the testing took before we could get to a medicated cycle, it was probably my biggest frustration. Hang in there, hugs

R/R: Still in a funk guys so please forgive me. Seeing all the recent bfps is hard as well. This past cycle we did everything we could, hit every day in fertile week. Even O'd on Vday. Like what more could my body possibly want from me? I also remember being on TB this time last year (or maybe lurking, can't remember) and some drive by posted about not wanting to try this month because the baby's birthday would be around the holidays. Of course they were appropriately flamed but I'm just sad that I'm still here 1 yr later getting ready to try for a Christmas baby again. I told DH I feel like there is no point to trying this month. I don't mean it, I'm just frustrated.
CS/Q:nope. Not sure if I will temp this month. If I do it will be after AF leaves
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Lots of stuff. My mom was very strict growing up. I used to tell her I was going to the beach or out with friends and would go out with my bf. I'm also not sure to this day if she knows I pierced my belly button. I still take it out if I'm going to the beach with her or anywhere that she will see my belly.
@LoveInDC I would HIO if I were you. Maybe do an OPK. If you O now you would get AF before the 60 days (or be KU which is better ) @cdnrunning Sorry your body is being difficult. Hope you O soon. @zwink I hope O is in time with you DH being home. Good luck with the interviews as well! @FLAshley Really hoping and praying you will be calmer than you've ever been for your BW tomorrow. Good luck! @lulu1180 Yay for O and happy timing was good. FX for you! @justkeepswimming8 Hoping that it's just O pain and no cyst! @mispanda I hope O is today for you! @Dilynne Is this the RE? I don't know how many there are in your area but I would be exploring my options. I understand wanting you to get the blood work repeated and the HSG and SA but why go to a high risk OB now? And what does that have to do with meeting with him to review your results? I had some of the same things with my RE in terms of having to wait to get all the testing done before meeting again and it is taking us 2 months to get everything done since I couldn't get a date for HSG last month. However, I felt like our first meeting was very thorough. Some things we discussed with him and some with the nurse but they asked everything from what lube we use to how often we try to if we had any problems in the bedroom. Also the diabetes test may be looking for evidence of insulin resistance which can be a sign of PCOS. He probably did not explain it very well to you. I'm like 5lbs overweight and I think they did one on me too. I know this whole period of waiting and testing sucks. Hope you are able to schedule everything and get some answers soon.
WAYDTGKU: Trying to find the time to BD. It's been hard. I work all day at home, and H is a night shift worker. So he sleeps most of the day and then goes to work when I get done for the day. We actually have to schedule sex.
R/R: I wish I temped this cycle. I'm so mad at myself for being lazy about it
CS/Q: Nothing to see here. My O pain seems to have gone away. I've never had O pain like I did yesterday before. Do you typically get O pain before, during or after O?
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Nothing I can think of. I was the good kid haha
@safire3 So many hugs. Sorry you are having a rough day. It's hard being happy for others to get their BFPs, but still patiently waiting for yours. I am sorry if you have shared this, but have you started having testing done?
@beachbunnyxo123 I don't know a lot about the FRER positives when not pregnant, but I have read other threads and some people said it was an early indicator for them of having PCOS. Not trying to freak you out or give false info, but that's just what I read and saw. I would definitely bring it up to your doctor though. I know it's normal to have up to 5hcg and not be pregnant, but 6 and above typically is considered pregnancy. So if you are testing positive on a 10miu test, that seems like your levels are a bit elevated.
TigerCakes I don't like interviewing candidates (sucks all my energy), but I love free lunch days! Enjoy!
JJMNO1616 Oh no, that really sucks! Did you just start at the company and have to wait a year?
Kiki75 May not be helpful, but in TCOYF, she talks about how stress, major life events or hormone imbalance can cause random late ovulation.
SoraLk That's a bummer on the windstorm and being late. Hopefully there isn't too much other damage around town!
@mispanda FX for O! I have totally jinxed myself many times on here by saying things like that. Hopefully you didn't!
zwink1 Sorry it's a rough TTC month. Hoping it can work out for this cycle to get in HIO before O.
@LoveInDC Ugh...sorry you are still waiting for either O or AF. I don't know the name of the medication, but hopefully you can get something from your doctor soon.
@Dilynne Sorry you have to go through so many tests, especially ones you have done before. Did he explain further why he wants you to go to a high risk delivery doctor? Is it just to get to know them? Hoping all the testing can happen soon and goes well for you!
@justkeepswimming8 It's always nice to get a goods night sleep. I am no stranger to sleep problems, so definitely understand the appreciation for being well rested!
@lulu1180: FX that O was yesterday and you get your CHs soon! Also, jealous of the pepsi...but I really want a coke!
cdnrunning ugh, sorry that O didn't happen...maybe it will still come earlier than usual. FX!
_______________________________________
Also, wanted to say sorry for the P&G and intense post yesterday. I am doing much better today and feel relieved that I at least reached out to my boss to offer support.
R/R: Rave: Ok, I don't think that O ended up being on CD 9. Got a positive OPK again last night, so that was promising and my temp today was higher than most pre-O temps, but about .2 degrees lower than the day before. So when I play with FF, the earliest it puts CHs is CD11.
I didn't have much CM again last night though when we HIO, so luckily I had purchased preseed already on amazon. Go figure, the first cycle I buy it, and I produce no CM. Thankful I bought it, even though it was pricey. This morning though, I have lots and lots of EWCM. So either the preseed is still in there/coming out (sorry, TMI) or my body is kicking into gear. I am still thinking O will happen today because this has been a previous O cycle day and the blazing OPKs. But we will HIO tonight just in case.
CS/Q: Nothing.
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done?
I have been with my DH since we were in high school. We used to sneak out at night to see each other and make out...a little more sometimes. One time, we snuck into my basement to do it and my family was upstairs. They had no idea DH was over or what we were doing. I would never have the guts to tell my parents...more out awkwardness...
@safire3 sorry you are in a funk! do what's best for you. @beachbunnyxo123 Unfortunately I can't help with your question. I've never heard of this happening. If you don't get a good response, I would def talk to your RE for some insight. It does sound super odd...also sorry work has been a source of frustration for you! @TigerCakes I actually have the same problem. My temps fluctuate on average between 96.9 and 97.1 pre-O. I was really concerned about this, and read online it could indicate a thyroid issue. I got my thyroid tested and it came back normal - so I can rule that out. At this point, I do not know why my temp runs low... As I just got tested last cycle, and I've only been temping for 4 (including this one) I'm waiting to see what happens as my body continues to regulate after going off BC in October. If you're concerned, maybe consider getting your thyroid tested too? Especially if you have some of the symptoms for it. Otherwise, I'm not much help as I don't have an answer yet...
Month/Cycle: 4/2, 2/1 AL
CD:17
WAYDTGKU: PNV, DHA, CM, CP, BBT and OPK
R/R: Rant: Just trying to get though the week from hell. In between working late multiple nights in a row, trying to track down all the documents my loan officer needs for us to buy a house, and the random spotting, I've been really stressed. Rave: DH has been very supportive and helping out with cooking dinner so I don't have to.
CS/Q:Still spotting mid cycle. I have no clue what is going on with my body.
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? Not much actually. I was always pretty open with my parents because they were not very strict.
I just gotta say, hugs to so many girls here. There are way too many of us dealing with wonky/confusing cycles, or finding themselves here when it should have been their cycle last go around.
@safire3 DH and I are still HIO EOD. It's a good rhythm for us and we'd hate it if we missed FW. But oh dear LORD we are ready for a break lol
@lulu1180, @TigerCakes, @mispanda, and @wabash15 thanks ladies. It's really a little sobering. It's easier to not think about how long it's really been on a monthly basis because I'm busy taking the month one day at a time. It's crazy when I stop to think about it. No one ever thinks it's going to take this long.
@lulu1180 I feel the same way about repeat GTKYs. I mean, it's impossible not to repeat them, but that doesn't mean that I have to like it!
@mispanda I used to lie about where I was going all of the time. I mean, technically I did go to the friend's house, I just didn't stay there. It's really a miracle I didn't get into trouble. That's another thing I'm not telling my mom...she thinks I was the well-behaved teenager (and my sister thought I had no friends)!
@Dilynne I'm sorry you didn't like the clinic. Do you have another option in your area? I get wanting to redo the bloodwork, but it sounds like there are serious delays overall with this place, and that would be the worst part for me.
@JJMNO1616 I'm so sorry you're back to TTA. I have no real choice, I need a new job, but I am definitely worried about how that will impact our TTC.
@safire3 I'm so sorry you're having a rough day. The bfps are always a double edged sword for the ladies who have been here a while. Feel better and be kind to yourself.
@dragonfly87 Thank you! I keep feeling like it's got to shift up at some point, but that's not really happening. I'm glad you are feeling better today and that you were able to reach out to your boss. My boss left in Dec and it's definitely a contributing factor to why I feel so strongly that I need to leave. I had plans on going before, but that really upped my job search. It's so tough, especially when you're also worried for the safety of the person leaving. Hugs.
I realized earlier today how big my siggy challenge photo is... I need to fix that when I get home. Oops!
@Kiki75 Beer tasting at a museum sounds like so much fun!
@TigerCakes The important thing is that your post O temps are above the coverline and that there is a distinct temp shift. I don't think there is a problem with temps running low in general?
@beachbunnyxo123 I don't have an answer for you but that is real effed up! I'm never using those now. Sorry you have had to experience that.
@dragonfly87 Yes, I started a new job in Dec which is the only reason my DH and I have been TTA. I have been waiting to time things so I know I will qualify for FML when I go out on maternity. My job does have another maternity policy for women who have worked here under a year but as I said it won't cover my medical so waiting the extra 2 cycles to insure the FML just makes the most sense at this point.
@beachbunnyxo123 We do have a very small amount of HCG in our systems at any time, which is why the sensitivity of the tests isn't to pick up any amount of it. I want to say that generally there is less than 5.0 mIU/mL and the FRER picks up 6.3 mIU/mL. I don't know if you body just produces more than most nonpregnant women naturally. Sorry you have to deal with that confusing situation!

I did the same thing when I started my job just in case. @Dilynne sorry the appointment didn't go as well as you'd hoped. What was the reason behind sending you to a high risk doctor? @safire3 I'm sorry you're feeling down. I have an irrational fear that I'll be the last one standing around here and everyone else will get their BFPs and leave. I love seeing everyone's BFPs because it gives me hope but I definitely understand how you're feeling.

R/R: got my CT scan results back today and while I don't have any kind of blockage, it showed that I have yet another sinus infection. That's number 5 in less than a year and a half so now I have to go on two weeks of antibiotics and go see an ear nose and throat doctor. Between all of this and my fertility workups it looks like I'm going to max out my deductible before the year is even half over UGH!
CS/Q: my temp dropped to 96.6 this morning, the lowest I've ever seen it. I've only been temping for three months now but it's never gone under 97.0. Room conditions were the same. How much do your temps normally fluctuate from cycle to cycle?
GTKY: Is there one thing you still won't tell your parents you have done? I went through a little bit of a bad boy phase after my ex and I broke up in college and started hooking up with this guy that hasn't previously been in jail and was a bit of a druggie. He was a really good actor though and had just started to turn his life around but I never told my parents I was seeing him, however brief, because I was worried what they would think.

@TigerCakes I have temps in that range and I was concerned at first about a thyroid issue like @darkrose88 mentioned. I got my level tested and it was normal, so I think I just run "cooler."
@Dilynne WTAF?? That doesn't make any sense to me. Is there a nurse or someone else that you could check in with to see why he wants you to see a high risk OB at this point? Hugs, girl.
@safire3 I'm so sorry you're having a tough time. I have to admit that the recent influx of bfps are hard on me too. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't be happier for those awesome ladies, I'm just over here throwing a pity party for myself.

@lulu1180 the one reason I hate starting daily thread is because of the GTKY questions. I'm the worst at coming up with questions. Sorry it was a repeat!
@Kiki75 there are a lot of things that could cause you to O later than normal including stress. In the past year I've been charting my O day ranges from CD13-CD17.
@TigerCakes my cover line seems to stay around that temp every month. I have low temps and my OB is well aware of them and hasn't voiced any concerns.
@kiki75 I think many things can make you O late including stress or being sick. Yay for the positive OPK though!
@JJMNO1616 Sorry maternity benefits in this country really suck and that AF is being awful. Hugs to you.
@TigerCakes strep throat is awful. Had it last year. Hope you feel better soon!
@beachbunnyxo123 that is very odd. I would definitely ask your doc about it. They can do a serum beta on you to see what your baseline level is.
@Karrotelle thank you so much and I think I get O pain usually before O but it can really be any time. That's why it's not a reliable predictor of O. I also get ovary pain on and off during the tww so I may be odd.
@dragonfly87 thank you so much and yes I am in the process of testing. I just haven't gotten any results yet. I have HSG scheduled for Tuesday then meet with the RE next Thursday to hopefully get some answers. Glad that you are feeling a little better about your boss leaving today.
Thank you @darkrose88. Sorry you are having a tough week but it's awesome that DH is helping out!
@LoveInDC I can imagine how tired you guys are! FX for you that this is really O!
@zwink1 thank you so much. I know you have been trying even longer. Be kind to yourself as well!
@BertieMeetsGertie I'll join that pity party with you. I'm so super excited for the ladies that got their BFP but sad for myself
@mispanda It's not your fault and certainly not the first time it's happened (and won't be the last)! It's more a commentary that I've been here too long

@TigerCakes@darkrose88 When I was temping orally, my temps would be really low pre-O (like 96.5-96.9). I talked to my naturopath about it because I'd read the same thing in TCOYF, and she said that the 'normal' temp range is just like the 'normal cycle length' and not to worry about it unless it was extremely low, and even then it would just be a prompt for a test, not necessarily an indication of a problem. Temping vaginally helped with both leveling out my charts and with being in the more typical range, but it still varies.
@safire3 Hugs girl. I am at cycle 15 and it kills me typing that every day. I have a hard time with others BFP too. Not that i am not happy for them, because I am.

@beachbunnyxo123 I was wondering if you ever found out anymore about that. Have you ever had a blood draw to test your beta?
You guys are reminding me of all kinds of stupid things I did and never told my parents! @shortstack930 I went through a bad boy phase and "dated" someone similar! Although, he wasn't quite so bad until after I'd already quit with him. Afterward, he dealt drugs for a while, ended up in jail (not for dealing drugs and not for very long), and tattooed himself from basically the top of his head to his waist. Don't get me wrong, I can get on board with some good tattoos... The head was just too much. We haven't spoken in almost a decade, but from my fb perusal he seems to have circled back around. He's married with 2 kids now.
Actually, I think I did let that one slip to my mom a while back. But it was years after I had stopped talking to him, and my mom is sort of hard to shock with that sort of thing.

ETA: corrected tag because I'm a moron

@LoveInDC – *TW loss mentioned* I don’t know much about medication to help you regulate cycles but my cousin had to have a D&C in November and her AF wasn’t coming back after a few months so her gyno gave her a pill to help get her AF back – I can’t think of the name but I know it wasn’t Clomid. She would have to see a specialist for that. She had to take two rounds of it but she just recently got her first AF AL. /TW Not sure if that helps but hopefully it’s not Clomid that your dr would give you!

I still take it out if I'm going to the beach with her or anywhere that she will see my belly.

Hope you are able to schedule everything and get some answers soon.

wabash15 Friday cannot come soon enough!!!!
FX!

Also, wanted to say sorry for the P&G and intense post yesterday. I am doing much better today and feel relieved that I at least reached out to my boss to offer support.

Rave: Ok, I don't think that O ended up being on CD 9.

@safire3 DH and I are still HIO EOD. It's a good rhythm for us and we'd hate it if we missed FW. But oh dear LORD we are ready for a break lol
Oops!
@safire3 Hugs
@Sailing_Mama Don't come back!!

@JJMNO1616 sorry you're back to TTA but I totally understand.

@mispanda It's not your fault and certainly not the first time it's happened (and won't be the last)! It's more a commentary that I've been here too long

@beachbunnyxo123 I was wondering if you ever found out anymore about that. Have you ever had a blood draw to test your beta?
Actually, I think I did let that one slip to my mom a while back. But it was years after I had stopped talking to him, and my mom is sort of hard to shock with that sort of thing.
