STTN and now 4am Wakeup!?

Please tell me this was a quick phase, and not sleep regression....I'm sooo tired! LO has SSTN since 2 months and every now and then wakes up but usually on a good schedule. The past few nights he'll wake at 4am and WILL NOT go back into the crib. Last night I was so tired I literally sat in the chair with him on me b/c once he hit the crib he would be screaming even though he was fully asleep a second before....I pray he'll sleep tonight.... :-(

How old? There's a lot of things that could be affecting sleep: teething, a growth spurt and being hungry, developmental changes. Everything's a phase, but you might need to do some sleep training to get back to normal depending on what the issue is.
