Im basically dying of a head cold right now...hoping to get into an acupuncturist today to try and unplug my ears!

What's your favorite/worst baby shower game?
im not a fan of shower games in general but if i had to pick...I'd go with cutting string to the length that you think will go around the mom to be's belly.

Upcoming appointments this week? 

Today!!! I so excited to see the little peep again and hear the heartbeat for the first time!

Any new symptoms, changes, or cravings? 

Nausea is still pretty bad, some headaches, cramping/stretching in my lower abdomen, my aversion to all things food has died down a little so I'm eating a greater variety now.

Rants/Raves/Questions?  
Rant: I hate that I can't do anything now. It seems like every time I try to exercise or just have a long day, the next day is really rough. On Friday night, I stayed out late because we drove an hour and half away for a dinner/shopping trip, and Saturday I ended up on the couch all day because every time I stood up, a nausea wave hit.
Question: When did you first start feeling the uterus? I've laid on my back so my stomach is flat and tried to feel it, but no luck yet.
What's your favorite/worst baby shower game?
My favorite is the purse scavenger hunt, and worst is definitely the chocolate bars melted in diapers and everyone has to guess...ugh

Upcoming appointments this week? 

Ultrasound today. We had an impromptu U/S in my ob's office and all is well but this is my actual one is today. Blood draw too today for panorama genetic testing.

Any new symptoms, changes, or cravings? 

Marginally improved nausea and vomiting thanks to modern medicine. Food aversion. Exhaustion. Kind of bitchy (poor dh). My intestines/bowels have forgotten how to function properly. Good times at the jesigirli house.

Rants/Raves/Questions?  

Not much. I freaking miss food. Currently I only like/eat 3.5 things. So ready to say adios to first tri. It was stressful and I felt like crap with DD and the same is true this time around as well.

What's your favorite/worst baby shower game?

Toilet paper 'round the belly. If you must play, get some ribbon and don't TP the pregnant lady.

The symptoms are starting to go away and I am just feeling so much better.
