My WTF is that pregnancy is giving me a very confusing relationship with food. I ate a bowl of cereal around 8:00 this morning, and then at 11:00 I was suddenly starving. I had a bagel, but I still felt shaky afterwards until I ate another one. But yesterday I ate a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner at like 5:00 and wasn't hungry the rest of the evening.
WTF boss who lured me away from a job where I was doing great for a new position at this new company on his team....Gave me the crappiest accounts so it's been difficult, and now a few months later he announced he is quitting. Brand new leadership from the CEO down and hoping my new boss doesn't decide he wants to clean house and hire his own people. Also, WTF body for being nauseous, but still wanting tons of carbs, I'm going to gain a million pounds. I'm having a bad day.

@VLillyV basically all I ate yesterday were grilled cheese sandwiches. I had one for lunch when my brother came over to hang out and brought tomato soup, and it hit the spot so I had another one for dinner.
Ugh. My WTF goes to home warranties, HVAC systems, being cold, and general home ownership woes.
A couple months ago our heater suddenly wouldn't work. Just blowing cold air in November. Fun. So I scheduled an appointment through our home warranty company. Paid the $65 fee for someone to look at it. And OF COURSE as soon as the guy shows up it starts working and he couldn't find anything wrong.
Fast forward to yesterday it stopped working again...then started working a couple hours later. Now this morning it's not working again. So, called the home warranty people again, I'll have to pay ANOTHER 65 bucks, and someone is coming tomorrow morning. I sincerely hope we wake up freezing our asses off tomorrow morning so they'll see that it's NOT WORKING. Anyway. I'm cold and grumpy.
PS: you should know that I live in California and it's really not all that cold...but things should work, damnit.
I have a newly updated WTF. I decided early on that I would tell my MIL that we were expecting because she lives with myself and DH, we figured if I got sick, she'd need to know. Normally she is private and good at following instructions... but apparently not with this news.
When we told her, we told her not to tell anyone. She gave us this whole speech about why it's a bad idea to tell people when anything can happen and she didn't want to jinx it. Well, she's already told at least two freaking people. Lady, not even my relatives know yet! Shut uppp.
DH was sweet and backed me up, he called her and told her to stop. Apparently she sounded mad and lied saying she only told one person, which I already know of two by name. I'm just angry. I feel like that's such a jinx, I don't know these people. I don't want them in my business. I don't want to explain anything should something unfortunate happen.
Vent, out!
@curlyq423 Hopefully you get some movement cuz that feeling sucks sooo bad! @purplestars That's super irritating. I would hate life. Sorry about the cold and the double payment!
@VLillyV WTF is up with MIL's not being able to keep their mouths shut. MIL did this with our first and DH blasted her.
WTF to the GP last night who told me to give DS a tepid bath to bring down his fever. That is such outdated and dangerous advice. A tepid bath can bring the body into shock. DS was at 104F and he suggested the bath water to be at 69F. Yeah no thanks.

@soprano19 That's happened to me once, it's awful!
P.S been wanting a grilled cheese for weeks now... and the thought of one is absolutely revolting to me.
My WTF is that I had one of "THOSE" dreams... you know, THOSE. woke up with big time cramps that really hurt and kind of put a damper on my night.
