12 weeks! Been anxiously waiting for this one!

Today! NT scan. Can’t wait to see the baby again.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings?

I could eat a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone every day.

IT’S A BOY! We found out on Saturday – my sister picked up my Panorama results last week and threw a small reveal party for us. It was so fun to find out with our family. I had a feeling we were having a boy since I’ve had very mild pregnancy symptoms, but I’m still shocked. This is the 10th baby in our family/close group of friends and the FIRST boy. I'm going to need a lot of advice from the STM's with boys!

GTKY: Have you bought any baby items yet?

I bought the most comfortable maternity jeans right away, but I was nervous to buy anything for the baby until we’re further along. My sister gave us an elephant onesie and the cutest blue wool hat at the party on Saturday. We’re in a small apartment right now and aren’t sure if we’ll move before the baby comes, so we aren’t buying anything big yet.

 I'm starting to get symptomless but spurts of nausea every now and then

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings?

 I think I could live off of hibachi right now. I cooked it Sunday night and again last night (once with steak and once with chicken!)

Rants/Raves/Questions? 

 I live in the south and the pollen is out of control already! We need some rain big time to help wash it away. However I'm loving the spring weather were already having because I can wear nice flows tank tops to hide the crazy blump going on! 

GTKY: Have you bought any baby items yet?

We will wait until we find out if we can reuse DD's clothes but we bought all neutral big items with her so the only thing we will really have to buy is clothes and bedding if we have a boy this time around.

 None. I had my first OB Appt last Friday and my next isn't for two weeks. 

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings?

The only noticeable new symptom I've had is an incredible amount of bloat. Having a hard time fitting into my pants...got some new leggings over the weekend so I'm living in those right now.

I'm so hating this bloat! Seems like overnight my midsection blew up on me  

GTKY: Have you bought any baby items yet? 

I've bought a few things, mostly one pieces that I've found on sale. A couple Christmas outfits since I saw a bunch on sale. We are going to cloth diaper and I ordered a few diapers. I plan to buy a few each month so we aren't shelling out a bunch all at once.

Today, had NT scan and Zika testing done and my verifi (cell free DNA test drawn!) should know gender in about a week!! 

 

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings?

 Ummmm craving a cheeseburger with pickles onions lettuce all the things!!!

 None at the moment!

GTKY: Have you bought any baby items yet?

No not really for this baby, I have an 18 month old son not much to buy at this point really. If the gender is different I'll be buying clothes and nursery decor but the basics we already have!
