Good price for a used stroller?

Hi everyone. Not sure the best place to post this so I may post it somewhere else as well. I've been keeping an eye on Craigslist for a good deal on a used stroller. Partially to save money but also in an attempt to go as green as possible with this kiddo.
One was just posted for a Baby Jogger Summit X3, which was one of the brands I was keeping watch for. It retails new for $430. What would you ladies say is a fair price for this stroller used?
What would you ask if trying to sell it vs. what would you be willing to pay? From the photos it looks like it's in good/fair condition.
It seems they're asking a little high for it but I don't want to bother haggling if the consensus is that it's actually fairly priced.
