Bleeding - no cramps

Hello! I went to the doctor on Friday since I had some bleeding that morning. No cramping. They gave me my Rhogam injection, told me not to panic and moved up my u/s to Tuesday. Since then the bleeding has stopped (same day). Has this happened to anyone?  I'm so worried.

How far along are you? I was having spotting and came to found out I had a UTI with no symptoms but the spotting. On antibiotics now and it seems the spotting is spotting. I have a follow up appt with OB tomorrow to check HCG and see how the UTI is clearing up as well as possible dating because I may be off.

I'm almost 7 weeks. Doctor didn't seem too worried but he did say it could go either way, I got my labs done on Friday as well.  U/s is on Tuesday and if all is well, I have my first appointment on Thursday.  Fingers crossed.

 If your bleeding is small spotting amounts and a brownish red colour, usually that means that everything is normal. When it's enough to fill up a pad, bright red and you pass clots then it might mean a miscarriage. What was your bleeding like? Seeing that it stopped so quickly is a good sign. FX for a good ultrasound appointment.

It was red and scary the first time (2:30 am) and then thicker at around 8 am. I wore a pad to monitor it, but nothing on the pad. I went to the doctor and got my rhogam shot and did some blood work. By the end of the day it was brown and then all gone by the next day.  I guess I'll find out soon.

Nurse just texted me that the labs I did on Friday look great. 29,558 pregnancy hormone. I hope that's a good number. Hoping to see my little bean in the morning.

I had my u/s. There's a heartbeat and measuring at 6w2d instead of 7w. Next u/s is in 2 weeks. Due date moved by a few days.

Had my first internal ultrasound yesterday at 5W4D and everything looked great. Saw the gestational sac and yolk sac and the doctor said she could see the fetal pole, but it was too hard for us to see. We are scheduled to go back next week and hope to hear the heartbeat. However, I woke up this morning and was bleeding and passed a few small clots. I panicked and thought the worst, but my RE reassured me it was from the internal ultrasound and because of the vaginal progesterone inserts 2x's per day that everything is super sensitive and was irritated yesterday. The bleeding only last a few minutes (under 30). Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm supposed to be 8 weeks today. Had bright red blood yesterday morning and went to urgent care.  Bleeding stopped and they did a ultrasound. Finally found the baby and it's ok at the moment although it measured 5 weeks. I'm really good with dates and that doesn't seem right. Has this happened to any of you? Is it a bad sign?  I'm on a wait & see basis because of the bleeding if things will be ok & my next appt is Monday.

@Hends04 Can you call and ask them to do betas today and again on Sunday or Monday?  Did you see a fetal pole or just a yolk sac?  The waiting sucks really bad and I am so sorry that you have to deal with this.

Thank you @migdala. My HCG levels were in the 17,000 's. They said they'd recheck them on Monday. They did see the fetal pole finally. It was so tiny. I had a small spot of blood today but that's it. It's going to be a long weekend.

After my bleeding I had an u/s and measured 5 days behind. Next u/s is on Tuesday. I'm hoping to be back on track or at least have lots of progress since it's been 2 weeks. Waiting is no fun.

I've been spotting on and off this whole pregnancy. It's usually when I lift something too heavy or when I've been constipated. I spoke with my ob and he said where is when I strain is most likely bleeding from the cervix and not baby. Still makes me so nervous. Baby looked perfect at my ultrasound last week. Hopefully everything is OK with your little one.

Alright mommas!  I had my u/s this morning. Everything still looks great. Doc even moved my due date back a few days, so I'm 9 weeks. It was so amazing to see how much this little bean has grown in 2 weeks. Next appt is 1st trimester screening on 3/29 and then next doc appt is 4/3. Everything seems to be moving right along. :-) I'm so happy!
