  • @cbeanz not sure if this is up your alley but they say cinnamon tea is supposed to help get things going if your body is ready. you boil some water and cinnamon sticks until the water is brown and let it steep a little longer. oregano and basil are also supposed to do the same thing so maybe italian for dinner? lol these are a couple of things I'm going to try if my water levels decide not to cooperate. either way, good luck!! i hope everything gets going on its own and you don't have to make the decision.
