Plus Size Mom Check In

Hey y'all! I hope it's ok if I start one of these. I'm not sure if we normally do it on a specific day? Anyway how is everybody doing?
Any great "plus size" gear you recommend, especially to FTMs?

I have found some great stuff the past couple
of days. I have to say I LOVE Torrid premium leggings! I got them one size larger than normal and they fit perfectly over my growing bump!

I had a Boba with DD and that was great. I weigh a bit more this time. I've decided I'm going to get the Lillebaby Carrier! They even offer extenders if need be.

I loved the My Breastfriend pillow for breastfeeding with DD, but this time I am going to get the One Z Plus Pillow! It's for sizes 10-28. It also says it has great back support!

Also update on my doctor drama I switched to a civilian provider and I absolutely love my doctors now! I am also delivering only 5 minutes away now, so it's a win win win for me!

  • Do you have a link to the Lillebaby carrier? I used a Moby for both boys and I am looking for something sturdier that will fit well.

I feel like time is really speeding up now, I start biweekly appointments next week, so everything seems more real now.

@Bacorrea, glad to hear your new doctor is much better.

  • Second Torrid! Bought very little maternity wear with my first. Mostly Torrid and the clothes looked great through whole pregnancy. Lots of compliments.
  • bacorrea - glad to hear you're happy with your new doctor! And thanks for the suggestions. Off to go look at some leggings.
  • I just started swelling this week. Ordered some compression socks online...hopefully those will help. Glucose test revealed slightly elevated numbers. Fortunately, my doctor isn't jumping straight to the 3 hour. He's having me eat as a diabetic until my appointment next month. He'll do a test on a glucometer and decide if I need to be monitoring my blood sugars more closely. Also found out I'm slightly anemic, so I've added an iron supplement.

Been struggling with horrific migraines. Could be caused by anemia and/or blood sugar issues? Idk. I ended up in the ER this last week because after 5 days of awful pain and no relief, I was done.

Only 83 days until we meet this sweet baby!
