@CandyApple2012 if it were me, I'd see where your temp is the next couple of days. If it's way off, I'd probably discard today's temp. I usually see what the next day or so has to bring if i temp after interrupted sleep or if I didn't get 3 hours before waking up and temping. It can definitely swing a decent amount depending on how much you're tossing and turning, at least in my experience. Just my opinion...the other ladies may have better advice!
@CandyApple2012 People don't usually hang out on that thread. They just intro and jump into other threads. How long are your cycles normally? How long have you been temping? It's early, but that could be O.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@CandyApple2012 So this isn't really going to be a huge help but the short answer is that it is different for everyone. I know that if I don't sleep well and am tossing and turning at night, I have a temp spike if the tossing/turning is more "violent." However, if I make a concerted effort to roll over a little more calmly then I notice little to no spike. The best thing I can tell you is to keep track and see how things like that affect you.
Also, when you have a bad night's sleep, you can mark FF as sleep deprived for that day and it will give you an open circle to let you know that the temp may not be completely reliable.

@NYTino24 Gotcha. I don't have a normal yet- I have had an IUD for the last 5 years and had it removed December 20. After that, I waited about 7 weeks for my first period and now I'm at CD 11 on my first real cycle in years. He takes his sample in today and they call him, while he's walking into the lab, to tell him they need to reschedule his SA dropoff and will have to do it next week. And of course he got called out to work and won't be back until probably Thursday. So not only did we not DTD during prime time, but now I'm not going to have his SA results for my RE appointment on Monday, which makes me super cranky.

@50Wife - That's absurd! I don't understand some people and their lack of common courtesy these days.
@jess0211 - Work it, girl!
@lulu1180 - Thanks for the OPK tip! I've had VIP for over a year and never noticed.
@dragonfly87 @wabash15 @shortstack930 - FX!
@BertieMeetsGertie - Do they normally call to discuss results? My GP's office does that for everything, even if it's just to tell me it's normal.
@WillRunForWine21 - Love Les Mis!
@NYTino24 - That's what my thought was! The only thing I could think of was that they had a problem with their courier service today because of the snow. Our lab doesn't actually process the results, they overnight them to another clinic.
