I'll be making some pigs in blankets, we'll have a few different store bought dips like beans and cheese and I'll be making our favorite dip, that's basically just a few bricks of cream cheese, some sausage and *rotel tomatoes... it's sooo good!!!

My Steelers completely crapped out in the championship game, which will make this a painful thing to watch, but I would root for the devil himself if he were playing against the Patriots. So, GO FALCONS!

I usually make this yummy bacon ranch cheeseball, but I can't handle the smell of bacon at the moment. Also, this year's party is called the SOUP-er Bowl Party, so I'm making my grandma's homemade chicken noodle soup for it, haha! I'll post the recipe if anyone wants it, even though it's really imprecise because she always did everything from memory. It's not hard at all, though.

I am always up for Lady Gaga. I'd love to see Tony Bennett, though I don;t know how he fits in with Ms. Gaga, and Beyonce needs to take a year off, imo. But we'll see- somehow even the best performers tend to suck at the Super Bowl.

For the football of course! My family are all big football people, we watch every year no matter who's in it.

We'll just stay home. Normally, I would go watch with my family but we're staying home this year 90% because I just feel bad all the time and 10% because I'm a Patriots fan in Alabama, lol. The rest of my family are Falcons fans.

Like I said, I'm always a Patriots fan...my dad can't figure out what went wrong there, lol. I know everyone hates them unless you're actually a fan, but that's okay... hate us cause you aint us

I think Gaga is gonna rock it! I was at the Super Bowl in Indy when Madonna and LMFAO played...super cool to watch how quickly they get stuff together but I thought Madonna was just so-so...but we shall see.

I'm actually in Houston and the Super Bowl is downtown. Hubby and I went in on Sunday and had dinner with a bunch of my ex co-workers who are there working on it. Was supposed to go back yesterday to check out the NFL Experience but my MIL was sick and couldn't watch our kiddo...ain't NO WAY I'm dragging a toddler into that swarm! Bummed but well....that's being a mommy sigh.

@HollyGolightly09 we always watch every year too no matter who is in! My dad buys one of every kind of chip lol it's a HUGE deal in his house!! So I've gotta do it big too lol.

Mozzarella sticks!!! It's a pastime with my mom. Everytime I come over for a gathering, she cooks mozzarella sticks for me to eat. It's our big social snack!

Not really, just hoping the streaming coverage isn't too glitchy! We got about 4 feet of snow in the past two days so it's nice to have something to watch! (And crap, it just froze as I typed that lol)

also, Lady Gaga put on an awesome show! Still not a huge fan of her music, but her performance was one of the best that I can remember. All I kept thinking was, she has to be in incredible shape!
My husband is going to die, though. He was reading some of his "friends'" fb posts about her to me and they were rude and disgusting. I glared and him and said you need to shut the fuck up. That is awful to say and I am reallly mad at you! Ugh. Apparently they thought she was fat because her tummy wasn't perfectly flat? NEWS FLASH BABE. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK I LOOK LIKE?!
