Sick with fever

hello all! I am so sick (chest cough that hurts so bad and now a fever). My fever is 100.9 and doctor said to take Tylenol every 6 hours. I'm just so afraid of a miscarriage because I have a fever. Anyone else have a fever during a pregnancy and it turned out completely fine? wirh my first I got colds but never had a fever. Thank you!

I had a fever for a few days two weeks ago, and I'm still here. Stay on the Tylenol, definitely. But if your doctor isn't concerned, I wouldn't be either.
