2: How was your last week? Great 4 days of workouts in so far and I'll be swimming tomorrow
morning for 5. Had a weird mild stomach bug thing Tuesday so took that day off

3: What are your goals for the week ahead?  Same old, 5-6 days of working out and trying to eat as balanced as I can

4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments?

    Massage today!!

5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Morning sickness crept back in after the odd stomach bug or whatever that was so I had to go back up temporarily on unison as I have no appetite and was throwing up again after that had resolved

I do love Nom Nom Paleo or Practical Paleo for good recipes. I'm not longer strict Paleo but try to eat that way a good bit of the time

2: How was your last week? So far so good! Today will be day 4 of working out so I'm finally getting back into it again. I'm so glad to be getting some energy and motivation back.

3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Workout another 4 days. Hopefully up my mileage a little.

4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments?

    Start doing some meditation.

5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Since the morning sickness has left and my energy levels are back to normal, it's been really nice to get moving regularly again. Holy hell am I sore, though. Lol. And hungry. Like all the damn time.

Honestly, I find a lot of good stuff on Pinterest.

  • Decided to start joining in this thread - I had an appointment this morning and have gained an embarrassing amount of weight in the last 4 weeks.  Morning sickness has meant 2 months of no exercise and lots of carbs for me, so I'm hoping to get back on track now that I'm starting to feel a bit better.

2: How was your last week? I guess one mini-accomplishment is that I had a walking meeting with my boss this week.  We used to do that a lot, but the past couple months I've wanted to just sit (while snacking on a little bowl of cheerios - m/s is no joke).

3: What are your goals for the week ahead? My doctor recommended 30 minutes of exercise most days, so I'm going to try to build up to that.  I'd like to go for a couple long walks or maybe an easy hike this weekend.  We have a stationary bike at home, and if I can find time to do that at least twice sometime between M-F, I'll be happy.  Baby steps

4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I just bought some larger bras that fit my expanding body, and a couple cute maternity tops.  May as well look good in the body I have now :)

5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: See note above about weight gain.  This will probably across as a "humble brag" (sorry!) but I've never had issues with my weight or had to pay much attention to what I eat, so my brain is struggling a bit to process the amount of weight I've gained and come up with a plan.

6: GTKY: Favorite health and fitness blog or website whether for great recipes or staying active. I like Nerd Fitness.  They have workouts that are inspired by, for example, Game of Thrones, Star Wars, and Angry Birds.  Their recipe/diet stuff is a little too focused on Paleo for my taste, but I like the exercise stuff.

2: How was your last week? Pretty good, considering my mom came to town - I only missed two days.

3: What are your goals for the week ahead?  Keep doing what I'm doing.  Will try to add prenatal yoga next week - my schedule is not cooperating this week.

4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Try to force DH to give me a calf massage.

    5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Nah
