Anyone ever do Mirena IUD

I am pretty sure I am done but I don't want to tie tube.. I only have one left actually.. but what was your experience with the Mirena? I am getting it inserted tomorrow and really anxious.. Can I exercise after? Is it effective immediately?  super scared

I had one placed a few times.  It's not horrible.  Most uncomfortable part is the cramping upon insertion. Take some Motrin or whichever you prefer prior to going.  Otherwise it's great! I cramped for about an hour or so after but then I was good to go!
