I thought this might be fun!
Here's how it works - One person posts a GTKY question and then the next person answers their question and posts their own GTKY, which is in turn answered by another person who posts yet another GTKY and on and on. The questions can be an simple or complex as you want. Have at it ladies!

Re: The Great Big GTKY Thread
Five year plan is pay off all debt including our house- no more monthly payments except taxes and our insurance! I can't wait. We also plan to save around $65k during that time.
What was your upbringing like?

How far away do you live from where you grew up?
I live about 4 hours from where I grew up. It's close enough that I can drive there for a day or so, but not close enough that anyone is popping by unannounced. I really liked where I grew up, but I couldn't live there as an adult. But I love to visit.

@canonmom413 I have a brother and a stepsister
What is your favorite movie?
DH's family (mother, brother and sister) all live in our town, but he doesn't see them often. He talks with his brother, but mostly the weekends. He hasn't seen or heard from his dad since he was 10. His family dynamics are quite different from mine.
ETA: Sorry, Stargazer lily I answered at the same time. Also, you may want to consider removing the space between Stargazer and lily. It makes it harder to tag you in responses. You could also use an _ for the space...just a suggestion!
Favorite movie: Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion

We might get a hypoallergenic dog one day, but no one seems to want to let us adopt one for unknown reasons. It's a cruel world.
What are you hobbies during your spare time?
Tell me about your favorite foods/meals.
Right now, I am on a pierogie kick! We have a craft brewery/restaurant near us that makes them from scratch and sautés them with butter, bacon and onions. SOOOOOOOO GOOODDDD!!! Had some last weekend and I cannot get them out of my head!

I do not speak a second language. I think if I had the chance to learn a second language I would learn Italian. It's not a practical language to learn, as I would never use it, but I just think it's a beautiful language!

Favourite family recipe?
@VLillyV (or any one) if you're open to adopting a dog internationally let me know. I volunteer with a rescue group here in Korea but they find adopters in the U.S. and Canada regularly (and other countries). There are tons of Maltese and Poodles here (hypoallergenic) and don't do crazy home checks. As if a 5lb dog absolutely needs a half acre fenced in yard, mine won't even get off the couch to greet me half the time. I think shelters make it hard for some people to adopt. Also the fees are about the same as U.S. adoption fees but they usually aren't spayed or ne
I digress, would you rather live in a place where you needed the heat on year round or the A/C year round?
