Hello everyone,
Posting an (long) intro as I am looking for a more active TTC community.
I'm 23, married for 2.5 years, TTC for almost a year. Doctor sent me to an RE pretty early due to having odd cycles, cyst and randomly bleeding - This all started right after TTC and was new to my cycles so my doctor wanted all the testing done to see what was going on.
Found out I have borderline hypothyroidism with a 3.0 level started synthyroid back in November. Within 2 weeks I saw results in temping with my normal body temperature going from 35.9C to 36.9C which was great.
I also wasn't ovulating which I expected due to never having a positive OPK even when testing multiple times a day the whole cycle. In my investigation cycle I grew a follicle to 22mm but it never ovulated even with LH surge so it looks like I have an issue bursting my follicles.
I was prescribed 100mg clomid CD 3-7 and a trigger shot once follicles were mature. Also progesterone suppositories due to break through bleeding.
My husband who is 29 got his results and they were great at 190 mil and 90% motility thankfully.

Anyways round 1 gave me 1 follicle which we triggered at 18mm. I did ovulate which was great. Unfortunately it ended up as a BFN.
Currently on round 2. It's been pretty messy.
I ended up getting my natural surge and my dominate follicle was only 17mm that day.
I came in first thing the next morning (yesterday) to get my trigger and check my ultrasound thankfully it hadn't shrunk yet and still grew a bit.
I ended up triggering with a 17.6mm, 15mm and a 13mm. I felt pains around midnight and my doctor did say I would likely O before the 36 mark since I was already naturally surging.
Honestly not feeling super optimistic but I hope this is our month. I hope there was some growth between morning and midnight so at least my 17.6mm was an 18mm.
They said all three may burst but the 13 probably wouldn't have a mature egg. But the 15mm and 17mm should.

I did hear back that my progesterone showed I ovulated with great numbers my doctor also thinks I had at least two mature eggs due to high estrogen levels (1500).
