Yoga at home?

Hey ladies,

Wondering if any of you are practicing yoga at home? I have some minor back issues and my doctor recommended yoga as a means to treat it, but between work and my family I just don't have the time for a class during the day. Trying to find some resources online that will help me get started so I can practice on my own.

I'm a big fan of Beachbody workouts, so I'm thinking about finally taking a shot on Beachbody on demand's trial so I can try their 3 week yoga retreat for free: https://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/3-week-yoga-retreat-beginners.do 

Has anyone tried it out?

I like Yoga Studio by Gaiam. It's an iOS app that can also be installed on an AppleTV. It had a one-time price of $4 for lots of yoga workouts.
