Any upcoming doctor's appointments?
Going tomorrow as I had a smidgeon of brown spotting on Thursday and the Physicians Assistant said that while it's most likely nothing, due to my age and a previous loss she'd rather not sit on it.
Otherwise I was supposed to go on 2/1 for my first ultrasound.

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings?
Was a tad lightheaded yesterday and last night I tossed and turned a lot with sciatic pain on my right side. My lower back feels a little sore all the way across...like I want to stretch. 

Any concerns or random thoughts?
I kind of freaked about the back pain being PGAL so I've been trying to figure out if my back pain is normal or if it's pointing to ectopic...glad I have an appointment tomorrow to find out but kind of nervous now. I don't think it is as my HCG doubled nicely earlier but still...it's in the back of my mind.

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?
I met him in 2003 through a guy i'd met on Myspace lol. They were roomies. DH really liked me and kept pursuing me but I wanted nothing to do with him as he was 6 years younger and a smoker lol. We became best friends and randomly kissed one night while drinking and well...I had a different view of him after that! We were married in 2010 (he no longer smokes...Thank GOD lol) so married for almost 6 and together almost 12.

Upcoming appointments: First ultrasound is february 10

New symptoms or cravings: I'm starting to get nauseous...and I am craving Greek salads!

conerns or random thoughts: none right now 

my husband and I have been together since 2003, and we met in high school.  It only took 10 years to get engaged

How far along are you today? 8+1/2 (RE moved my dd up a day, but waiting to see what OB says)

Any upcoming doctor's appointments? Wed appt with nurse. 

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings? Loving chocolate milk. Otherwise, nothing sounds good. I have zero appetite, so I have to make myself eat every few hours.

Any concerns or random thoughts? i'm thrilled my ms is so much milder than last pg, but pgal brain is tough. The twins thing is also still sinking in, and definitely doesn't feel real. I just want to see them again and see that they're still there with little beating hearts. 

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together? match.com! I'd moved to a new city alone and he was the only one I met thru it. I thought we'd just be more friends, but he slowly won me over. It'll be 14 years married in June.

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings? Comes and goes...heartburn, headaches, sensitivity. hungry a ton of the time

Any concerns or random thoughts? Anxious that my HCG Beta #'s (though we don't have any more draws) keep getting bigger and bigger and that our US shows a healthy and happy little bean with its pole and yolk. 

A little anxious that the symptoms that I had been having have sorta been mild or faded out the past 2 days. I don't want to feel awful but at least it would help me feel a bit more secure.

We had a cp this summer so just trying to be hopeful and not let fear keep me from enjoying being pregnant.

Excited that at the 6 week US I will get to know gender because we did CCS testing before our Frozen Egg Transfer.

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?
We met online, the next day we went on a 18 hour date and from then on we just knew (I knew first but by the end of the night he was smitten too). We have been together a over 3 years (married 2 +).

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings? I have been so hungry lately and not sleeping well at all

Any concerns or random thoughts?  I think I will feel better after my u/s on Feb 14th, lots of anxiety right now waiting to make sure everything is ok.

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?  We met through my ex finance.  Its not as juicy as you might think.  We were really close friends for a long time.  When my ex and I broke it off, a year later my husband and I started dating.  We have been married for almost 5yrs and together for 11.

Any upcoming doctor's appointments? I graduated from the RE! I made my OB appointment today for Feb. 3 (appointment twinsies @BecauseLove)

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings?  Nausea is not just for evenings anymore! And my need for mint chocolate chip ice cream in not close to waning. 

Any concerns or random thoughts?  I'm having to move further and further between doctor's visits and that is freaking me out. Being under the care of an RE got me used to having u/s at least once a week. So waiting two weeks for my next one is going to be sheer torture. I will need distraction!

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?  We met at the University of Alabama in 1995 - his best friends in his fraternity were dating my best friends in my sorority. We were engaged five months later, married over a year after that (in 1997) so this is our 20th wedding anniversary in June!

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings?
Still tired, but now nausea has crept in.  Just waves of stomach turning nausea.

Any concerns or random thoughts?
I coughed last night while lying in bed and a crazy cramp happened on my left side.  It went away fast, but I suddenly had all of these worries that I did something to the baby. 

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?
We met when I was in high school (16) and he was in college (18).  We dated very briefly, then moved on.  But we stayed friends – through college, through living abroad, through other relationships.  We got back together officially in 2008 (I think we both knew this would happen eventually), got married in 2009.  We’ve known each other for almost 19 years.

Today (1/23) I am exactly 7 weeks based on my EDD. I will get a confirmation of my due date.

Friday Jan 27th 

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings?
Get some nausea throughout the day. No crazy cravings but sweets always taste extra good.

Any concerns or random thoughts?
Not really 

GTKY: How did you and significant other meet and how long have you been together?
We met in 1st grade but didn't start dating until we were 22/23. We have been together since 2012 and married since 2014.

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings? I'm not having too many symptoms at all. It's sort of odd, really.

Any concerns or random thoughts? I despise going to doctor appointments. It gives me so much anxiety. It's the worst part about being pregnant to me. 

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together? We have known eachother since we were kids. I had a huge crush on him when I was in college. He was too interested in Paintball. One day, I gave up. A couple years later, he asked me out.

I go in for blood work on Feb 2nd. 

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings?
Not much right now. Just super tired and sore boobs. I'm sure all will change in a few weeks. 

Any concerns or random thoughts? Just wish I could get the ball rolling with appointments. I don't want to wait so long for bloodwork. Then need to meet with the nurse. Then ultrasound appointment and finally with the OB. Seems forever away. 

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?
We met on March.com and have been married for 4 years.

How far along are you today? 5+1

Any upcoming doctor's appointments? Ugh, I was supposed to have my first ultrasound a week from today, but I'm going home to see my parents for the week so have to wait until 2/8 now.

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings?  Not really...

Any concerns or random thoughts?  I'm feeling surprising normal and that's not terribly reassuring since I'm pgal.  Trying to hold onto the fact that my betas were good on Monday!

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together?  We met in a college class (I was going back for a second degree) and we got stuck on a group project together with some people who were just awful.  We bonded over doing everyone else's share of the work together   We met and started dating in 2007 and got married in 2015.

@PurpleRains congrats on graduating from your RE!!  I'm sure it's hard not getting the weekly U/S, but that must still be a great feeling!
I hope those of you with appointments today have good updates for us!!

We met at a bar I was the wingman for my friend and ended up meeting someone.  We've been together since late 2011 and married since May 2013.

Any new symptoms or crazy cravings? I want lime jello with pineapple. I told my fiancé that last night and he looked at me like had grown 3 heads.

Any concerns or random thoughts? Still have PGAL brain. Is the baby ok? Will it be born healthy? The usual.

GTKY: How did you and your significant other meet and how long have you been together? We met in July 2015 on OkCupid. It was love at first sight for both of us and we'll be getting married March 25th.

@BecauseLove Lol He's actually an in home caregiver. His client lives with us. Because of that job, and the fact that he got heavy into World of Warcraft for years (something we bonded over as I did the same) he didn't know how to meet anyone. We live in a rural area where if you haven't been married out of high school & never left, you have a hard time meeting anyone! Lol The wedding planning WAS going fine until the photographer friend we hired backed out. So now with 2 months to the wedding we have to find a photographer at non-friend pricing! It's a bit stressful but we're getting through it!

I am 7 weeks 5 days

Tomorrow I have an ultrasound appt and Monday a visit with my m/w 

I don't have any major cravings, but this insatiable hunger is making me insane!!!  

My my husband and I met at our college radio station in 1995.  We've been married since 1999! So almost 22 years together and almost 18 years of marriage!

Whoop whoop! Congratulations on being a quadragenarian mommy...I'm right there with ya! I got pregnant with DD#1 at 40 and gave birth a week after my 41s't birthday...this time it'll be right after my 44th birthday (same due date as before). Never in a million years did I think I'd be having kids at this age...never ever. I thought i'd have a teenager like most of my friends! And then, when I was pregnant the first time I was SOOOO one and done thinking "I don't have time for another." Whelp....clearly we have time.

This is our 10th baby!  We have 8 girls and 1 boy ages 2-19!  I'll be 41 by time I give birth this time.  Congrats to you!

@BecauseLove no, I haven't told my family- or anyone besides my H- yet.  Honestly, I don't have any intention to until way later on.  I'm 36 and already had a loss, so I just want to wait until everything is a little more ... sticky.  That's why it's so great to have all of you to share things with!!

RedBreast35 I totally understand. I thought we were going to wait to tell our inlaws this time because they requested after our previous loss to not know until much later...but because we are doing IVF/FET people know a lot up front and so his parents were calling him daily to get results...so they knew about the same time we did. Hopefully all continues to go well. Ps. I am 37.  

I hope you have a wonderful vacation and just have quality family time!

That would have be so hard!!  I told like two of my girlfriends that we were starting medicated cycles, then had to finally ask them to please stop asking about it because we didn't want to tell anyone until much later on.  I feel bad though, because I know they're just excited...

RedBreast35  I am glad those that you asked to be respectful listened when you said you needed them to stop asking. 

I think it would have been easier if we weren't so close to our familes (we live super close to them) and have had to have them watch our dog when we have been out of town for treatment/monitoring. And my mom can't keep secrets for the life of her so pretty much spreading around my small town like wildfire (at least for those that care about such things).

We had always been friends. He was closer to my brother, really. One day, he just saw me differently. :-) I think the major problem was his whole family kept telling him he should ask me out and he dismissed it because, stubborn.
