Kiinde system

I searched as much as I could and didn't see a discussion on this.

Has anyone used the Kiinde system? It looks really awesome and was just wondering about other people's experiences with it. I'm pregnant with my 4th and BF the first three. I remember so much hassle pumping into bottles then pouring into bags then thawing and pouring back into bottles. This system allows you to pump directly into bags and also feed from that same bag! Not sure how to add a link but it's on target's website and amazon.

By the way, I don't exclusively pump but like to build a stash and also like others to be able to participate in feeding.

I've been using it for about 8 months. It is super handy to be able to pump into the bag and feed directly from it. The bags do get a little spendy, especially since I save my milk into feeding portions instead of just freezing a full bag. You do have to make sure that you are fully expanding the bag to get an accurate measurement, which is what most people complain about it, but I haven't really had any issues with that.

My DH is a stay at home dad and loves the system (and their bottle warmer). He loves that there's very little thinking involved just pop the bag into the warmer and then into the bottle frame and feed.

My baby is 6 weeks old. So far i have only used their bottle warmer but I like it. I like the ease of use and that thr bottles don't get too hot

Thanks ladies! @kje0427 I'm curious - if you save in feeding portion do you pause pumping when the bag reaches the right amount and start a new bag or do you just pour some into another bag when you're done pumping. I guess I'm thinking of those really early weeks when you're super full and can pump way more than they will eat in one feeding.

I just divide it out at the end of the day. That way I can divvy up the portions and not get stuck with a random 1 oz bag. There are times that I do pump more than a bag will hold, so then I have to pause and attach a new bag. Those days I use more bags than I pumped into to fulfill meal portions - which is why they can get a little spendy. But its a solution that works well for us.

My best friend uses them, and I have a starter set to try out, my new baby is a week old and I'm not really pumping yet. 
My friend loves it tho, she uses a little scale for measuring, as others have said, the measurements are hard to read. And uses these to make formula for supplementing too.

I used the system for a year and my husband loved it. I pumped into bottles and the divvyed it up into the bags in feeding size portions because I would always pump more in a session than 1 bag would hold. I will also give you the down sides...if you pump a lot of milk they don't freeze flat so take up quite a bit if room to store. They get expensive, if your baby is a little piggy and eats more than 6oz in a feeding this is probably not a good system to use. The good things are...convenience for the one feeding the bottles, no bottles to wash only nipples, and I felt like they were sturdier than the regular breast milk bags.
