I'm sorry the doctor didn't give you any suggestions or advice @kristisigma. Can you take a couple days off and rest? I am surprised they didn't check your progesterone levels tho. Low levels can cause spotting and abdominal pain during pregnancy and then make it hard to carry even the healthiest of babies to term. I hope everything is ok for you. Will be thinking about you.
@dmbfan46835 They gave me a "miscarriage" bag with a bunch of stuff and information. (Yay me). The HB was 46 BMP so they thought miscarriage was immenant and elected not to run anymore tests. They knew that I delivered at the midwifery during my last pregnancy so honored that I would want to miscarry naturally. What came out of me the night before was nothing compared to tonight so now I really think it is done. I feel surprisingly at peace now, like it is over and I can move on. When I typed my reply last time, I think I focused on the positive that there was a glimmer of hope, which was probably a good mindset but such a slim chance. Anyway, xo mama! Enjoy your pregnancy! I will be thinking about you!
@kristisigma my heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry for your loss. Please take time for yourself and I'll be thinking of you. When you're ready, the TTCAL board is a great, supportive group of ladies to chat with.
@kristisigma I'm so sorry:( I was so excited to see another S15 mama on here with me and @pinkprincesspiper take care of yourself and good luck on your pregnancy journey. I hope to see you active on here again very soon but take the time you need. Afternour loss in October we took of a month and then started trying and boom, here we are. So I hope good luck for you as well!
Sending tons of positive thoughts and prayers your way, @KristiSigma. Make sure to call your doc. I had to go in for an US and bloodwork to confirm no tissue was retained. Please feel free to PM me, join us on TTCAL, or TTGP when you are ready.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@NYTino24 Thanks. Are those other boards on the bump? I have another U/S scheduled in the beginning of February but I was thinking about shifting that up so I can be done with this whole thing.
@KristiSigma I am so sorry for your loss! And yes those are both on the bump too. TTCAL is trying to conceive after a loss and TTGP is just trying to get pregnant. I was on both boards after my loss and right up until my BFP. They really helped me find peace. There are so many women (especially on TTGP) that are willing to give support and TTCAL is full of moms who had a loss.
