2. Absolutely nothing to eat is appealing right now. Except macaroni and cheese. Which is a no no since I'm doing Whole30 and on day 15.
You've piqued my curiosity! What's Whole30?
It is a 30 day "reset" where you eliminate gluten, grains, dairy, soy, sugar, legumes (beans), alcohol, additives/nitrates. Basically you eat whole foods like meat, fruit, veggies, eggs, and sweet potatoes/squash. I absolutely LOVE it and feel like a whole new person!
