Would x-rays concern you?

I have had a lot of ct scans and x-rays in the past. Since I am still young, it really concerns me. Yesterday I was seen and had a couple x-ray's of my chest. They ended up doing a few on my ribs that I didn't know about I wish I would have stopped them but I didn't, unfortunately. I"m now beating myself up over the extra radiation I was exposed to. Is this normal? Would you be concerned about the extra ones you received? I'm losing sleep over this...:(

Something that popped into my head as I read this was taking iodine tablets. I think it helps to block radiation? Ask Dr. Google! I don't know much about it.  I've had a lot of those 360 dental xrays done in my life. I've heard those are x-tra bad for you, so I'd probably have to be half-dead before I agreed to an x-ray ever again.  I don't think I'm going to get any ultrasounds this pregnancy either. For me, I don't think it's worth it.
