I can post this? No one has signed up to do WTF Wednesday yet, so I though I'd do it this week. 

What/who in life has made you go WTF?! this week?

For me, personally, my WTF today is the lady working at the DMV. My birthday is tomorrow, and I forgot that my license expires then. I called yesterday to make an appointment at the DMV, and on the call specifically asked if I needed to bring my marriage license since my last name is hyphenated, and both my maiden name and married name appear on my license and SS card. They told me no, since my maiden name is still on my SS card, I should be fine. Fast forward to this afternoon, when not only did I wait an hour and a half past my appointment time, but when I was finally seen it turns out I do need my marriage license after all. When I told the lady what the man on the phone said yesterday, she started yelling at that man, just totally berating and degrading him in front of everyone. It was all very uncomfortable. I think I'm going to report it, but she runs that office, so I wonder if it will do any good. The other employees didn't even blink, so I don't think its the first time this has happened.

A relative of a friend of mine got a tattoo this past weekend of her boyfriends initials. The problem? Her "boyfriend" is 100% married to another woman who he has been "going to leave" for about 6 months now.

WTF sickness going through my house?! Two weeks ago DS had a quick one day bout of the stomach flu, which he then passed to DH, I, and the in-laws. Then last Tuesday while I still was fighting this stomach bug, I get a call from daycare, DS has a fever. He just got over his URI, it lasted a little less than a week but not before he passed to both DH and I. I never get sick like this. It needs to stop! I feel like I need to Lysol everything now... or burn my house down.

Name and initials are almost always a bad idea! Also, that poor wife!  Even if Their marriage isn't great, no one deserves that. I have a cousin who only dates married men because she knows it won't actually go anywhere. It's horrible.

My WTF Wednesday is that I went for a big promotion at work. 65 people applied. They took 16 people. I just happened to be number 17. :(:(:(

They operate solely off of your numbers at work. Everyone gets run through a matrix and whoever has the best numbers get the promotions. It just hurt to be sooooo darn close lol

Thank you all. It's okay! I love my current position. And the new one I was going for was a lot higher stress position with a little more pay so perhaps it was a blessing in disguise that I didn't get it yet lol.

My WTF Wednesday is that I just found my son's sippy cup in the freezer. Mommy/pregnancy brain is very real.

Wtf DD? She is almost a few months shy of 2 and has started waking up between 0130 and 0330. My pregnant tired self can't deal.

@DPandMB lol that's hilarious! My DS fought his nap until 3 in the afternoon yesterday (he usuallly goes down at 1230) I was so spent that day and really needed a stiff drink!

 WTF to my brother whom I love dearly but has some issues (drugs, bipolar, cannot keep a job) is expecting a baby with his g/f and he just got a really great job that has really great benefits and advancement opportunities and he told me he wanted to do a rad tech degree and do that. I'm like or you could work your way and do a business degree and advance yourself in the great company you already work for??? I dunno. Sometimes I want to shake some sense into him but he doesn't listen to anyone

@lap018 It's so frustrating being the older sibling!  I wish I could knock some sense into my brothers all of the time!
