Anyone stop bf cold turkey? Tips?

anyone stop. Reastfeeding cold turkey? What did you do the help speed it up and reduce the pain?
give me tips and advice please

    I didn't start,  but still had to go through the pain of not.   I've had 3 kids,  and this is the first time I consistently used Sudafed.  I dried up much quicker than the first two times,  so I think it helped.   Other than that,  I just wore a tight bra day and night(no underwire so it was comfortable).   Hot showers make it worse.   Good luck!
