12 week scan no nasal bone

Hi everyone,
I am a first time mom and I just had my 12 week scan done to make sure baby has low risk for Down syndrome.. everything went very well except that the nasal bone has not appeared... I did have blood taken to run more screenings but I am a little uneasy, does anyone have any experience in this?
