Slow rising HCG first tri

I just found out I was pregnant last week and since I am high risk, my doctor is checking my HCG levels every 48 hours. My levels have not been doubling. I am about 5 weeks along and my levels have been:

Has anyone here had slow rising levels and everything turn out to be okay? My doctor told me not to lose hope but they aren't even going up 50% so it's hard not to. I'd like to hear some positive experiences if there are any. Thank you!
