@L1C4gal oh man the lightening butt it something I get even not pregnant. It's the worst.
I havent gotten the super intense coitch verison yet but I am getting bouts of less intense but longer lasting stabby crutch cramps which are great too. Husband laughs because I'll look down at my belly and talk to it out loud "move UP! You're 19w, you have room and this hurts".
Tmi, but my boobs are so leaky! If I squeeze even just a little so much comes out...I'm at 20w 5d and they've been doing this since around 16w. It's normal for around this time, right? I feel like they feel more full each week!
Oh I actually had a little bit of the lightening crotch going on yesterday. It's definitely much less mild than what I had in 3rd tri with DD. I only hope that feeling it this early on does not mean a lot of it this pregnancy!
I pee every time I sneeze, cough, or laugh. Only 21 weeks to go
Not to be a Debbie Downer... but the ol' pee-sneeze might not go away at that time... just trying to make sure your expectations aren't aiming for a perfect match to your before-preg bladder...
On a related note, yoga can do wonders for one's pelvic floor muscles, both before & after childbirth. Something to consider?
It took quite sometime after my first childbirth to not feel like I was going to pee in my pants while running or jumping during exercise. It eventually got better, but took awhile! Yoga is a great suggestion.

The gas is unreal. I freaked out my manager the other day. I was walking towards her and all of a sudden doubled over in pain. She freaked out, and asked if I was having a contraction. Panicked and asked if she should call 911 (no kids and has no idea...she's terrified I'm gonna drop a kid on the floor). I had to tell her....no, it's a gas bubble. I'll be fine
Last night, hubbs and I DTD for the first time in about 4 months. Woo! Although, he was being ultra careful and avoided putting any pressure whatsoever on my bump. I think he was much more nervous than I was.
Re: TMI Tuesday 1/3
ETA: I just googled lightning crotch, and I found out that it's also called "fanny daggers." That made me giggle too much not to share!
