Again, a thousand apologies ... this winter "break" has been incredibly busy dealing with packing, movers, unpacking, home projects in new house, home projects in the old house, putting old house on the market, getting kids ready to start new school and oh yeah ... Christmas. I keep forgetting what day it is! But here it is way belated - your Flame Free Confession post!

Going off the other thread.. I drink a can of soda almost every day.. I'm pretty good about what else I eat my weight gain is good and I passed my early diabetes test.
