How far along are you? 

23 weeks. I have to stop and think about that now... 

How big is baby?
A little over 11 inches, just over a pound

Green!
What have you done this week to prepare for baby?

Absolutely nothing. I started a YouTube channel to document stuff, though. Been wanting to start one for years! 

Appointments this week? 

None. Midwife and ultrasound last week; all looked good. Gained 14 lbs so far in spite of my nausea.

Any new symptoms?

Nausea is ramping up again, but that is likely because I have stopped taking diclectin since I've lost my benefits and can no longer afford it. Today, I've stomached oatmeal and one slice of pizza. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? 

Rant: Making dinner for other people when it makes me horribly nauseous to see, smell, or think about.

How far along are you? 25 weeks

How big is baby? cauliflower

What have you done this week to prepare for baby? grew him.. I haven't had any energy and what little I can muster I've used to prepare for Christmas. Plus I'm waiting to see what we get for Christmas first-  MIL asked about a crib last time we were round and my mom asked what we still needed a few weeks ago.. may have been just curious but I'd rather wait and see.

Appointments this week? had one last Wednesday everything looked good.

Any new symptoms?  nausea decided to rear its ugly head in the mornings again last few days. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? why must getting up be so difficult? Seriously i feel like a turtle on its shell whenever I try to sit from laying.

What have you done this week to prepare for baby? Nothing really, we did receive some Christmas gifts for him

Appointments this week? Nothing until mid January

Any new symptoms? Just more movement

Rant/Rave/Questions? 

GTKY: Finish the sentence, all I want for Christmas is ___? For H to recover quickly and come home. H broke his leg earlier this week and is expected to be hospitalized for about a month. His break was quite severe and is going to require several surgeries. If we're lucky he'll be walking before the baby comes.

@littlechick2 I'm so sorry about what happened to your H! What a huge nuisance for him and for you to handle while prego. Praying for a speedy recovery.

@LittleChick2 Wow! Your H's break sounds horrible... Praying for not much pain and a quick recovery!

Thank you for the prayers @HGRich and @KirstinH88, we got a Christmas miracle! H had surgery #2 tonight and things went way better than expected and what was expected to take 3 surgeries was done in 1. One more surgery in a few days and then he gets to come home (probably after a few more days of recovery). It's still going to be a long road ahead, but at least my time commuting back and forth to the hospital will be shortened tremendously.
