Saying my goodbye to Aug2017

I had some light spotting and went to an appointment with my doctor. I was 5 weeks 4days but only measuring 3-4 weeks. Had a quant hcg level drawn that day, went home had significant bleeding and started to miscarry. Called my doc today and my hcg was only 55. I have to go in for more bloodwork Friday to make sure my hcg turns close to 0. Me and my husband are very sad. We have a 20 month old son and my husband and I are both only children, so we were so happy Tucker was going to have a sibling. I'm still fairly young at 32, so we will hope for the best in the future, but we have to say our goodbyes for now. Hope everyone has a safe and healthy pregnancy and a happy holiday. So sorry for your loss. Self-care! Enjoy some quality time with your son, but also remember not to throw yourself into his care at the expense of your own. If you're with family this holiday season, maybe take advantage of "free" childcare and get out on your own for a little while to do something you love all for yourself or maybe go for a low-key date with your husband to reconnect. All the best for 2017 if/when you decide to try again!

I'm so sorry you are going through this. Your child will have a sibling - don't despair! This happened to me three times after my first. I got a sticky one on clomid right before DD1 turned 2. Take care!

So sorry for your loss. I am in the same sad boat only this is my 2nd loss in a few months. Got pregnant in august and was 6 weeks 3 days when I lost the baby in October. Grieved the loss, held onto the support from my family and friends to help me get through the pain. Was given the ok by my doc to try again if we were ready.  Wasn't really trying and found out I was pregnant again in December. I was about 5 weeks and lost another just have to stay positive, and keep the faith that your angel will be in your arms soon!! It's not easy but take the time you need. There's no rush and your little guy will have a sibling to play with soon!! baby dust to you and wish you luck when your ready to move on.
