@tulips29 I kind of followed a list. I asked a bunch of friends and family what they packed and also found a ton of lists by googling.
in my bag: 2 nursing tanks 1 pair of sweat pants 1 pair leggings 1 jersey dress to go home in robe bright pink big towel (so it does not get mixed up in hospital laundry) flip flops for shower Hair dryer tooth brush and paste hair brush face wash shampoo and conditioner hair dryer lotion essential oil - frankincense and I'll bring my pillow, snacks, iPad, slippers, and chargers
baby's bag: nb fleece jammies 0-3 fleece jammies nb onsie 0-3 onsie diapers wipes paci burp cloth blanket for going home hat mittens socks nipple cream breast pads

DX: Me: High Prolactin, Possible Autoimmune Disease Issues, though RE not concerned (?) New RE has a plan!!

Beta 5/9/2016 BFP!! Embryo transfer scheduled for April 28, 2016 and beta test May 9, 2016 (day after Mother's Day!) Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer.
3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016 HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)
Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March

@vssbrm thanks. That's about the list I have except less stuff for the baby. Our hospital provides diapers and wipes and said only to bring a take home outfit and car seat for him. I started packing a bit but am afraid to overpack and just take everything haha.

@Tulips29 yea, I packed a little more for baby. My OB said the hospital has been cracking down on the amount of stuff they provide. I don't need the diapers or wipes really, but I just figured I'd pack the diaper bag so it's ready to go for any outting. And I'm not sure what breast feeding supplies they will have, so those seem to be the essentials. But my hospital really pushes BF'ing so you would think they will have all the necessities.

Hello! I am so incredibly sorry for disappearing!! As we neared the end of the 3rd trimester things got really overwhelming with all the extra dr appts and the farigue and getting ready.....anyway, I ended up getting induced at 40 weeks 6 days and it took 39 hours, of which was 5.5 hrs of active pushing but all very worth it for our gorgeous little Bowie or "Bo" as we call him
