Any ladies keen to do a weekly health/fitness check-in? I'm just getting back into exercising regularly + eating better after 2 months of being a couch potato and slamming carbs into my face.
So far this week:
Monday: Planned to go to the gym but didn't make it
Tuesday: Incline walk 30min + went to my first prenatal yoga class, so good!
Wednesday: Strength training + incline walk 30min
Thursday: Strength training + incline walk 30min (catchup from Monday)
Friday: Strength training + incline walk 30min
Saturday + Sunday: Off

Tuesday: walked a ton at the science center
Wednesday: I was a lazy sloth after work
Thursday: 2 mile run
Friday: HIIT
Saturday: Disney sucks all my energy out
Sunday: 4 mile run
For now it's just a lot of HIIT at OT twice a week. I've actually noticed I don't hurt this time like I did last pregnancy which I'm hoping is because of exercise.
