Anyone Feeling SICKER at 12/13/14 Weeks?

Hi All! Hope you're having a great week. 
I have been feeling pretty nauseous my entire pregnancy so far but have not thrown up... Until last night! I was really nauseous all evening and then threw up as soon as I got home. I am 13 weeks pregnant now. 
Anyone else having a similar issue? I was thinking my sickness would get better after 12 weeks, but it's only getting worse!
Anyone want to commiserate? 
I'm actually feeling like being sick is a good sign that my hormones are doing their thing, so at least I can see the positive in this entire situation!

There is a thread by almost the same title on the first page, at the very bottom, called Anyone 12 weeks and still nauseous?! This might have some helpful suggestions for you!
