How many weeks are you? What's new with your little babe?
34 weeks!  Feeling so anxious as time gets closer!  Baby is measuring right on track and "seems" head down, but we'll check for sure at my next appt.

What are you doing this week to prepare for baby's arrival?
Lots of nesting.  I've been going a little crazy these last few days.  I need to take a trip to BRU or BBB over the weekend and get some odds and ends.  I also want to rearrange the nursery.  

Questions / Concerns / Symptoms / Questions:
Just lots of heartburn and stuff.  Got put on Reglan to help with constipation and my doctor rearranged when I take my other stuff so now I'm doing AM: 1 Zantac 150, 1 Prenatal, 3 Colace PM: 1 40mg Prilosec, 1 5mg Reglan, and 1 Zantac 150.  I am loaded up!

When's your next appointment?
Monday Dec 19- I THINK we're doing Group B Strep test.  That'll be my 36 week appt.

Last Christmas is one of my favorites.  And I shamefully really like the Hilary Duff version. *facepalm* I also love Simply Having a Wonderful Christmastime by Paul McCartney.  And anything Mannheim Steamroller because it just makes me think of my childhood in the car with my mom and sister.  My mom loved them at Christmas!

How many weeks are you? What's new with your little babe? 36 weeks!!! We are in the safe zone if baby decides to make his debut! He has dropped now and we are at 1cm 50% effaced.

What are you doing this week to prepare for baby's arrival? I just bought the very last thing we needed- a baby monitor. Hoping to hang the last of his wall décor and string up some bunting I made. The car is packed with our hospital bag and the carseat is installed.

Questions / Concerns / Symptoms / Questions: Little fella is suddenly measuring dramatically small, which is hopefully just from him dropping so low, but still! Still hating the side effects of my Procardia, but I can stop taking it any time now. I think I've decided to keep taking it until this weekend.

When's your next appointment? Monday, now with an added growth scan.

How many weeks are you? What's new with your little babe?
35weeks - feels sureal that I'm only 8 days away from when my last baby was born...I'm not ready for this baby to come in 8days!! Hoping he cooks a little longer lol
What are you doing this week to prepare for baby's arrival?
This week I have crocheted baby a blanket in the colors of their room (which probably won't get put together till February.

Lots of lower back pain the last few days, and cramping has officially started. BH are still an annoyance, but never consistant to cause alarm.
When's your next appointment?
Tomorrow! I'm debating requesting him to check my cervix just to be sure the awkward pains the last few days weren't actually doing anything...although, what's the point?

Sorry I'm late ladies! I was running around a lot yesterday. I can't believe how far we all are!

How many weeks are you? What's new with your little babe? 35 weeks! Baby girl has been consistently really active and healthy. So thankful for that. 

What are you doing this week to prepare for baby's arrival? I finally got back the newborn clothes I leant to a friend, so I washed and sorted all the newborn clothes. I typed up my birth plan the other day. Hoping to make some more headway in the nursery. I'm giving myself until the end of 36 weeks to have hospital bags packed, car seat installed and nursery done. My sprinkle is on the 18th and I left all the diapers, wipes, bottles, and other little necessities on my registry. I'm eager to get all that to feel prepared. 

Questions / Concerns / Symptoms / 
If I were to go into labor now, I wouldn't be ready. I have constant pressure and BH but not feeling like baby is going to pull anything on me. Is that naive? I still have a lot to do!  I'm also in a lot of pain! My pubis symphysis pain has kicked up a notch which I didn't think as possible to get any worse. I'm really concerned how this will affect labor and if I won't be able to have a natural birth again due to the added pain.

Monday- group b test, positioning ultrasound and cervix check. Big one!

35 weeks Baby is moving around a ton right now. I love watching the large movements
What are you doing this week to prepare for baby's arrival?
I need to get the little odds and ends that are left on my list. I think I will start packing a hospital bag this week and then add to it over the next few weeks. I also really need to clean my house. 
Questions / Concerns / Symptoms / Questions:
My hips and pubic area hurt a lot. If I walk too much I feel so much pressure on those areas. I also sit all day for my job and if i sit to long my back hurts. 
When's your next appointment?
Next Wednesday, We will see if baby girl is head down or not. If not then I guess we will have to start talking about what to do in the event she doesn't move into the proper position.

How many weeks are you? What's new with your little babe?
36 weeks. Doctor said Tuesday that he can come anytime. She would like to see me make it to next week but she said she doesn't foresee it and she is really ok with it she said. He has passed all his biophysical profiles perfectly four times in a row now so she's not worried about him coming.
What are you doing this week to prepare for baby's arrival?
Lots of nesting. Got my breast pump which was the last thing we needed.

Just wanting regular labor to start. I've  eem contracting for 4 days now and I'm exhausted from it.
When's your next appointment?
Next Tuesday with ultrasound for biophysical profile (if I make it that far).

@underthesea this is a huge fear of mine. I'm having a ton PSP pain too and really worry about natural birth. When I've talked about it with my friends that have given birth before, they say everything hurts by the end anyway and I should be fine. But I don't know about that! It's hard to "compare" pain and I just worry that this is more overwhelming.

@LoneStar21416 from what I've read, it's totally possible to still do natural with this type of pain. But the fear is real. I've taken notes that laboring in water is extremely helpful and to avoid any positions that have you laboring on your back or sides or legs pushed back. No stirrups. All fours/leaning on the back of the bed as well as a
squat bar seem to be the most recommended. I wrote this all out in my birth plan.
