What are you doing to pass the time?
I had a hard time celebrating Christmas last year because both my SIL had new babies and I was feeling very alone. This year I'm going to try to throw myself into all the fun holiday activity to keep myself busy. We're getting our tree next weekend!

Favorite holiday tradition?
Our church sings Silent Night acapella with candle light at the end of the Christmas eve service and it is always my favorite memory. Also, my sisters and I would always fight over who got to move the little mouse on our advent calendar I want to start a Jesse tree eventually, but I can't bring myself yet until we have children. 

Favorite holiday song or carol? 
I just LOVE O Come O Come Emmanuel. It has such powerful lyrics; they make me feel brave.  Lately I've been singing a lot of "All I want for Christmas is you" to my future baby.

@ReesaAnne16 I feel you about last Christmas, my SIL announced her pregnancy on Christmas and it was really hard for me. We had already been trying for 4 months at that point, and it was so painful to listen to the whole family going on and on about the pregnancy. I'm hoping it can be my turn this year!

What are you doing to pass the time?
like @rainbowwishes5 going crazy, lol or trying not to. Doing holiday shopping and planning on doing volunteer work. I feel like doing things for other people helps me not to spend ever minute wondering if this is month I'll get pregnant.

Favorite holiday tradition?
I love getting our tree and playing music while decorating it.  I also love baking cookies.

I love the Christmas Song by Nat King Cole.

What are you doing to pass the time? I've been decorating my house for Christmas & buying Christmas gifts (wonderful excuse for the retail therapy!)

Favorite holiday tradition? My Family Christmas Party (My dad's side). It's always a good time - this year I'm totally on hold for it, not knowing this IUI worked or not, will I have RE appointments that keep me from going?

Favorite holiday song or carol? Good ol' Jingle Bells

Up until yesterday I didn't feel nervous at all - today I realized I'll know at the end of the week, cue anxiety! I think I'll POAS Friday am - I'm not sure my heart can handle waiting for the blood work once it's been drawn. Do you test before Beta @ReesaAnne16 ?

@JWatt5 Isn't it annoying how IF treatment messes up planning? Especially with events that involved alcohol; I'm always trying to time them NOT during my TWW. 
My clinic doesn't draw a beta unless a HPT is positive, so I always test early.

@ReesaAnne16 - super annoying! What's even more annoying is explaining to DH that I don't know when stuff is actually going to happen. He thinks it should all be perfectly scheduled haha - we are at the mercy of my body.  
I can't see the tracker - when I click on it I just get a login page.

@ReesaAnne16 thanks for setting up the tracker!
I'm thinking about volunteering at the animal shelter where we got our fur baby. I love dogs and wish we could give them all homes, so I think walking some of the ones there would be a nice distraction.

What are you doing to pass the time?
Not sure yet but need to find something so I don't go crazy. 

Favorite holiday tradition? Going to à German style holiday market.

@DDRGirlie  How are you liking the NES classic?! I bet my DH would love that for Christmas, but I wonder if they sold out on black friday. 

Edited to say: we are also DDR fans, but we're in an upstairs unit now and to afraid to play in fear of making the downstairs neighbors angry.

Hi all. I'm completely new to the boards, but thought it would be great to share this tww with some others who are going through the same thing! Right now I'm 6dp a 5dt with one embie (and we froze a couple as well). I'm wishing the best for all of you!! I can't seem to keep myself distracted enough, my mind always wanders back to this waiting... My beta is set for Dec. 7th. Fingers crossed for all of us!

@ReesaAnne16 I went to Walmart before it opened the day it came out. They had no idea why there were people waiting on line. Needless to say, I didn't get one. So I headed over to target and scored one! I still only have one controller though.  I used to play Ddr allllll the time. I havent played in quite some time though.

I'm hoping that this brings good luck to this December TWW group!! I had my beta today & it came back at 181 14dpiui.  
I go back Monday to make sure it's doubling - still very surprised given my RE just set us up with an IVF appt early Jan.

Well I tested today (13dpIUI) because I didn't want to have a negative right before work tomorrow. It was BFN. I probably won't test again unless AF is late. 
I'm doing ok, I already figured this would be the case, so just trying to focus on enjoying the Christmas season and taking a break from treatment for a month.

I go in on Wednesday. Nervous and impatient, but resisting testing at home before the beta. Just have to keep on believing that what's meant to be will be (and I seem to have no control over timeline! ). Trying not to think about every little thing as a "symptom" of something, because everything I've read makes me think that every woman has different symptoms that don't necessarily apply to anyone else! 

Fingers continue to be crossed for all of you waiting!

Second beta came back at 519. So no appts until December 20 when there's an ultrasound.
Thank you for all the support everyone - I was given such a negative outlook with Severe Endo and having you helped a lot! I hope you all get your BFP's soon!
