Rant/Rave/Questions? I'm really excited to actually look pregnant. I'm feeling pretty gross these days.
GTKY: Tell how you will start (or already started) celebrating the holidays. Went to a tree farm with some of my in laws, mother, and cut down our Christmas tree. Unfortunately it rained today, so I have to leave it out, and will set it up tomorrow.
And FYI, anyone can start this thread on Saturday's. I was out of town last week visiting friends, so I didn't start it, but then we didn't have one.

My belly is still pretty small. It feels firm when I wake up in the morning, but in the afternoon, I am back to having a belly that just looks like I had too many burritos.

We went Small Business Saturday shopping today and I finished about half of my Christmas shopping. Hooray! I am normally a last minute person, so this is something new for me. Also, took my three year-old to see Christmas lights last night and she loved it! I can't believe November is almost over!

none this week, can't wait for the week after Christmas since I have my anatomy scan that week. might find out baby's sex or wait for the birth, DH and I haven't quite decided yet.

I look HUGE. I didn't want to tell anyone until at least Christmas maybe not until February. But due to an emergency my mom told her sisters who told her brothers and my whole family knows. It is so irritating that not a single person asked about my thoughts and my opinion before they decided to share MY news. I was really hoping to hide the pregnancy for a little longer but now even the neighbors know. It was definitely not part of my plan and shows that the more people know the more they tell. After all of this, I have definitely decided to not tell my inlaws until baby is born.

We don't really celebrate the holidays but I have started listening to Christmas music with my DS. I think we are going to get a tree and decorate my grandfather's house this year since he enjoys it.

Took my daughter to the Nutcracker and holiday events around town. This is the first year that she fully grasps Christmas and Santa and it has been precious to watch!

I know I'm in the second trimester because I suddenly have tons of energy to clean and organize. Case and point - I spent almost an hour yesterday picking up dog poop in my back yard.

Echoing @lizzyfroggy and @m3ganmc, I look huge for only 14 weeks. I had all of last week off of work and now that I'm back, I'm embracing the maternity clothes. I told key people that I'm pregnant, but I'm sure plenty of people will be eyeing my belly trying to figure out if they should say something or not.

We got home from a week my mom's house on Saturday night. H up lights up yesterday and I got a wreath and pulled out the advent calendar we got for DS. We'll get a tree next weekend. I absolutely love Christmas and I could not be more excited!

We haven't started yet, but will be buying a tree this coming weekend. I'm excited bc my two and a half year old son is finally starting to understand about Christmas, so I think this year will be extra fun!
