Baby schedule

hi- lurking from August bc it's crickets over there... trying to get my three month on a schedule, anyone have their babies on a schedule and can share it? I realize it will be flexible but I'm trying to get my baby to take longer naps rather than catnap all afternoon.  Thanks!
