Any new symptoms or changes? my boobs are hurting less these days. Nausea and acid reflux are the main symptoms. Still fatigued and bloated

Rants/Raves/Questions? For the next four weeks I'm going to be on call every 5 days starting Tuesday... I'm not looking forward to this! *whine whine* 

GTKY: What is your favorite side dish? Macaroni and cheese for sure! Mashed potatoes is a close second

Upcoming appointments this week? So my early u/s that I had made for this upcoming Wednesday (to check the discomfort I've had on my lower right) is cancelled because my OB was able to squeeze me in last Friday!! It was AMAZING!! I mean it's too early to see much, but the gestational sac and yolk sac are in the right place and we even saw a little heartbeat!! My ovaries do have cysts on them, but they look functional and nothing to worry about so big relief there too. I measured a couple days ahead of where I thought from charting, but it's all millimeters right now so we'll know more when I go back for my official first OB appt and u/s on 12/1. I also remembered how much I absolutely LOVE my OB. Feeling very happy and relieved!!  

Any new symptoms or changes? Things have definitely started to get more intense this weekend: slight nausea, true exhaustion, slower BM, just generally feeling more pregnant if that makes sense? 

Rants/Raves/Questions? Major rave is my appt above, but also: MH passed the bar!!! YAY!!!!! 

GTKY: What is your favorite side dish? At thanksgiving it's probably this onion and sweet potato tart my SIL makes, but in general I love pilaf or roasted brussel sprouts

Upcoming appointments this week? Nope, should get info back from blood I had taken yesterday after some spotting (which has stopped so I'm feeling good about it)

Any new symptoms or changes? My symptoms have been lighter the last few days. I think partially though because I'm not forcing myself to eat things that don't sound good. I'm not binging on bad stuff so I think it's okay (I'm mostly eating bread, cheese, pickles, OJ, baked potatoes, and ginger ale)

GTKY: What is your favorite side dish? I'm not a huge side dish person. I rarely prepare them. When I do it tends to be roasted veggies. Cauliflower is a favorite. At Thanksgiving I do love potatoes but I'm too lazy to make them myself.

Any new symptoms or changes? nothing really.  My face is breaking out and i've had some cramping... but that's normal PMS stuff so it doesn't *feel* pregnancy related.

Any new symptoms or changes?
Starting to have a chicken aversion. I didn't eat any meat with DS so I will be super happy if it's just chicken. Boobs are so sore. Nausea is come and go.

Just really want to hear a heartbeat.

GTKY: What is your favorite side dish?
Depends which thanksgiving dinner we're at (three sets of grandparents). I don't like any of the ones at my MILES, at my mom's I like the sweet potato casserole, and at my FIL's I love the squash souffle and corn bread stuffing his gf makes.

That's so funny - I hate being at the beginning! I hang out in June probably more often than here because July didn't exist when I graduated TTGP!

@pepper16 that's awesome that you were able to be seen sooner and even hear the heartbeat!!! So reassuring:) I'm glad that your cysts aren't too bad either

@baxgirl I'm glad your spotting stopped. I've been spotting on and off but after seeing the baby on Wednesday I feel less panicky about it. Hoping your blood test results are awesome and can give you peace of mind!

@GlitterFish I just hate being the "last" to do something.  AKA have a baby.  I'll still be big and huge and miserable while all of you are holding your precious squishes! haha! It just makes me extra impatient!  With my DS I was due April 1... so I was the "first" to hit milestones in my pregnancy.

Any new symptoms or changes? Still all day nausea. Having a hard time finding food that I want to eat. Crazy vivid dreams!

@GeorgiaWife6912 - Haha, I also tend to like to be first. This is the first grandchild for both my parents and my in-laws and the first baby on two sides of our extended family for our generation.

Upcoming appointments this week? Second beta tomorrow! This is an IVF baby, so I'm still being monitored closely

Any new symptoms or changes? Just really freaking tired. The daily progesterone injections are killer! And I'm a raging b****. I can't help it.

Rants/Raves/Questions? My husband's face makes me angry. It's not his fault. But ugh I'm just irritated all the time!

GTKY: What is your favorite side dish? That's impossible to answer. But since it's Thanksgiving, I'll go with my fav at the table, stuffing. Yum. But only if it's crisp and crunchy on top with almonds, apples, and celery inside. I hate soggy stuffing! I may have to make my own to be satisfied. Sadly, my MIL is not the best cook...

@ninambutler I often find myself wondering if my husband was always this annoying... I imagine I'm crankier than usual, but I still feel pretty justified in my annoyance so I think a lot of it is just him lolol

Upcoming appointments this week? Yup! Second US on Wednesday, as well as one of 17 endocrinologist appointments. Yeah, you read that right. Thats 1fricken7!!!!#!#, every 2 weeks through early July!


Any new symptoms or changes? Not sure if it's actually he flu or just pregnancy but holy h, I feel like death. Sore back, nausea, serious food averions, heavy cramping, insomnia, dizziness, leg cramps and hot flashes (and sore boobs but that's obviously not the flu!). I don't think pregnancy agrees with me. DH so kindly pointed out that I did ask for this **cue serious side eye**

GTKY: What is your favorite side dish? TBH, I had to skip over everyone else's answers to this one. Pretty much all food sounds terrible right about now. I stomached a little cereal, chicken soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich today. (sorry, that turned into another rant) Man I'm a downer today, sorry ladies.

Upcoming appointments? Not for a few weeks, but we did see a heartbeat of 114 last week, that was exciting!

New symptoms or changes?  My appetite is starting to return, but I still feel nauseous all the time.  And this is gross, but I feel like I have too much saliva.  Boobs are still sore. 

Rants/Raves/Questions?  being PGAL stinks.  I can't really get excited or believe everything will be fine until maybe 2nd trimester.  I've had off and on brown spotting which doesn't help matters either.

GTKY: Favorite side dish?  Green bean casserole, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce.  It all sounds good right now.

@TalesOfASocialIntrovert sorry you're feeling so horrible! I know how you feel, if it weren't for the B6 and unisom I've been taking I wouldn't even be able to talk or read about food!

@Manillabar Tell me about this magic b6 + unisom! Did your doctor prescribe? (I feel like you or someone else said the OB nurse recommended it). How was dosing determined?

@TalesOfASocialIntrovert I'm not too sure how the dosing is for this. I took B6 and Unisom my last pregnancy and I walked around in a daze from weeks 6 to like 16. It was horrible.

@TalesOfASocialIntrovert I would ask your ob about it! I know the prescription version of it has different dosages. Currently though I'm personally taking 25mg b6 in the AM (when I remember lol) and 25mg b6 +25mg unison in the PM. I still have constant nausea but it's not as bad and I can eat stuff and keep it down which is better than this time last week.

Any new symptoms or changes? My sore boobs are terrible and I'm exhausted

Rants/Raves/Questions? My husband spilled the beans at his surprise party on Friday when he had 1 too many shots of tequila...now everyone knows!
